I don't get drive thru fast food often but this Arby's in a convenient stop on my way home. The people at this location have always been warm and friendly. And, who can resist the horsey sauce?!
This place should just close its doors. Every time it’s a 15-30 minute wait. Regardless if there is a line or not. I will never stop at this poorly managed Popeyes again.
This place was so clean . Todd was so kind as soon as we walked in the door. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was right. This place really has taking a turn for the better. I look forward to our next visit!
Y’all be careful ordering from Arbys @ night~this has happened to me numerous times, but this time I’m sharing to make others aware. We ordered 2 sliders n BBQ brisket; which isn’t cheap~ my brisket sandwich was soooooo old I couldn’t cut it in half~ the bacon was so hard n old. Sliders were old n yucky as well. I feel like this is so unfair when you pay them what they ask for a fresh sandwich, and get a sandwiches so old we are afraid to eat them, but they got the money they asked for. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! No bueno! This always happens @ night! Always left over food from no telling when ????
I ordered online, and when I got to the window, they claimed I was still waiting on fries and mozzarella sticks. When I got my food, I ate the fries and sticks on the way home. They tasted old and were just thrown into the frier for a couple mins they weren't even hot. Sandwich was okay, but it still wasn't hot either. The only saving grace for the entire meal was the shake chocolate coffee milk shake. The only thing I'll ever get from this location.
We tried the brisket sliders, as someone who smokes a chunk of meat every week. I was highly impressed with the flavor, I just wish they would place a bit more meat on the sandwich.
I ordered the bourbon brisket through the drive-through and was appalled as to the lack of meat and the way the sandwich looked. I paid almost $7 for a sandwich and it looked like the picture that I have posted service was good but the sandwich was not what you expect when you pay $7. I did not notice the sandwich until I was on the highway and away from the store
Tried out the new Chicken wraps. The Honey Mustard as well as the BBQ were excellent. Did not try the ranch. Of course, I had to also get an apple turnover as ARBYS makes the best. Food was ready quickly after I placed the mobile order. Positive experience.
