We buy drinks, the $4 Roast Beef Sandwiches for $10 @ drive up. The lady was very nice. Patient. We asked for several Arby Sauces. We usually want 2-3 packs on a sandwich to put between the meat. They were perfectly cooked. We also order the Apple Turnovers. They are perfect. Just the right amount of icing. The apples are tender. Delicious. We highly recommend this Arby’s. Thank you for affordable food.

Ordered 2 Large Curly fries and this is what $3.19 per large order get you? Two half full orders of fries. This isn’t whatcha call large fries, looks more like a “5 piece curly fries.”

Food is decent, same as all arbys. This review is for the 5 employees. Standing around twiddlimg there thumbs while i waited 15 minutes for my food after getting pulled foward. There was no one in line before me and 3 other cars after got pulled foward. 2 of the 3 cars got there food before me as well. I didnt order any fried foods just some gyros and a market fresh wrap.
So I have refrained from leaving a review for the Sevierville parkway location as I was so happy when they opened it. The service at this location is subpar for sure. The last 3 times I have been there no Arby,s sauce in the bag! It’s Arby,s the Arby’s sauce should be a given but they ask I say Arby’s sauce still no sauce in the bag! Granted I should look in the bag before I pull away that’s on me. When you have a lunch break time is short!
Food was cold and my husband's sandwich tastes different than one normally tastes.
