We stopped in planning on getting several sandwiches for dinner but were highly disappointed when there was a barricade with a sign saying that they were temporarily closed for a staff meeting for 30 minutes, really? Why would you close a restaurant at a truck stop in a small town with little choices for a quick meal right at dinner time? Even if it was just temporary, the staff was sitting right close by and wouldn't offer any info about how much longer they would be. There were several others waiting, but we decided to just leave.
Loved the staff here. Janice was our cashier and she was so kind and accommodating to my young kids. Also, the staff was really having fun together. Left a good feeling being there.

We went inside to order. There are max five people in the lobby at a time. The fries are a bit oily, but nicely flavored otherwise. I also got a side salad, and I asked for Ranch to go with it. The classic chicken sandwich was okay. It was all brown at first glance and the wrapping didn't help. The mayo added flavor and helped with the dryness of the chicken. There was a good amount of lettuce. The Jamocha shake was really good, would recommend.
It's Arby's, my favorite fast food! Of course it gets five stars.
Very friendly and helpful, answered all my silly questions. They were accommodating to me and my food allergy.
I ordered the 2 for $5 chicken wraps so you won't. I received two old, hard chicken tenders wrapped which ended up looking nothing like the picture from the menu. I wouldn't recommend this option from their menu.
Employees all working hard to serve the customer in a timely manner. Nice teamwork
