I’ve eaten here at least 20 times in the last year and I don’t think my order has ever been correct. The couple time it was correct the food was garbage. Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches tonight and the bread is so burned it’s crispy! Cmon Arbys

Stopped in on a long trip. Guy in the chair took my order and then I waited for my food. Few minutes later they bring my food and I hit the road to enjoy my ICE COLD curls. Dont waste time stopping here. You deserve fresh food or at least not food when spending your hard earned money.
Tried twice now to get a deep fried turkey sandwich from Arby's. The first time, I was told there was none prepped, and just now I was told they were out. I would think the purpose of a 24-hour Arby's at a truck stop would be to better serve truck drivers who are on pretty ridiculous schedules as it is. I simply left. I won't try again at this location.
There was no one behind the counter, while several people were waiting to buy food, after some time and total ignoring, a guy with a bucket and a mop showed up and said that they were doing paperwork and no one have an idea when they will done, making all the customers to leave... Customer service at its best
The man who took my order was infectiously positive, enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgable about the menu, even offering customized recommendations to several customers. He made my day.
I come in at least 3 times a week to get food, I always request a handful of ketchup and Arby’s sauce and never have any trouble. This morning I came in and Miki waited on me and I get 2 roast beef and a large curly, he puts4 Arby’s sauce and 4 ketchup in the bag, I politely ask him if I could have 4 more Arby’s sauce and he rudely puts them in the bag and in front of 3 customers he says I not suppose to give you that many sauces, I said I don’t mind paying for them and he walked away and was still rudely talking when I left. I come in at least 3 times a week and spend 10+ dollars. I think Miki needs to find another jobs if that is how he is gonna treat his loyal customers.
Expensive and the cookies were terrible. Asked if we wanted a side of cheese sauce, didn't say it was an extra charge.
