Paid 25 dollars for 2 of us to eat. I didn't even eat mine it was horrible they told us they were out of sweet tea and a couple other things we ask for... Our fries was terrible they were cold the sandwich I got that I paid 11 dol for McDonald's reg ch.burger looked better . I will not be going back here... I loved Arby's until the past 2 times I've been there. .This is just a couple of photos that I took...
Be prepared to wait. Never fails that when I go to this store it's not going to be a quick in and out. With that said, the food is always decent and the staff attitude has gotten much better recently. This is also one of the cleanest locations I have been to. If you're in a rush don't even try it but, if you have a few minutes and you want Arby's this location is definitely the one you want to pick in the Knoxville/Anderson County area.
So I work night shift and I come by at 1150pm alot they never take my order ever. Today I came at 1115 and same thing called the phone number no answer. Change your time online and don't waste my time.
I know its hard to find good help and the crew is probably cleaning and closing but man.
Food was hot, fresh and order was accurate. The young folks at the drive-thru were sweet & fun. Nice Arby's that we will absolutely stop by again!
Went to the restaurant at about 1pm. The register was intended. Waited for about 3min and then called to staff that no one was waiting on customers. Manager said all staff was tending drive thru patrons and front would be tended after drivevthru line tended. I Waited 2 more min and then went to Taco Bell for lunch.
Look I've had issues with this store forgetting things and extreme wait times. But I let that slide due to understaffed and such. As I was ordering I had a very rude woman telling me I was ordering incorrectly. When I went to pay I let the cashier know about how rude it was to say that. That's when I was informed embarrassingly that was the General Manager. This behavior is not is not acceptable from an employee let alone the GM. I get having a bad day but take a minute to calm down.
A few times I've went through the drive thru & encountered a very hasty, rude woman & then I found out a couple that I was talking to had the same experience with the rude woman, your better than that Arby's, replace the rude ones with good ones
I'm sure it's good when they have anything. When you pull up and they don't have a single thing you ask for its kind of pointless. If you can't keep your resturaunt stocked and ready to serve food just close the doors and let someone else move in. How can you be out of beef when that's your selling point. When I finally get up to the window to get food I don't really want there's a roach just crawling around on the window. Super hygienic. Lovely experience all around.
