I got the gyro sandwich, it’s pretty good, I honestly didn’t know that arbys had other options instead of roast beef. And I thought it wouldn’t taste as good because it’s from a typical chain restaurant, but I was surprised that’s it’s a good sandwich. I would definitely get it again!

Do not go to this location!!! I come here at least once or twice a week and have my entire pregnancy at this point up to six months I can eat a decent amount of grease but when it is coming through the wrapper to the where the wrapper is no longer sustainable to the point it’s coming through the bag into my seat in the car. I don’t think that would be a good idea to eat that and possibly hurt my unborn child that is a high risk pregnancy. . I submitted photo evidence of this as well as you can see and the owner supposedly is denying a $10 refund. I am only on this because of the principle of the fact!!! oh, and this was the second time they had to fix the order because the first time they gave me the wrong meat but the owner stated that this is a normal healthy amount of grease. This is how the food looks but it’s never looked like that at a different location when I’ve gotten that same meal. Do better! Never again!!! Creeper manager!!! BEWARE!!!! Manager needs to learn when to admit wrong ????
The day of the interview the GM Roland from 4138 S New Braunfels SA, Texas interviewed me and made some comments about my wife. She works a few restaurants down from this Arby’s location and he told me he ran into her at the bank and proceeded to tell me “how lucky I was”, and “how beautiful she is.” Even when I got hired he would make remarks but I ignored it because I needed the job at the time. I ended up getting covid from one of his workers Nicole and when I came back I got fired for it.

It was very dirty inside messy there was only two people working in the restaurant which was the cook and the cashier we had to wait for more than 20 minutes which the cashier explain to me that nobody wanted to work on the weekend that's why we had to wait so long because they had to attend to so many customers so it was our choice to leave or not we waited but I regretted waiting because it was not worth the wait
Unbelievably slow, only three orders on the screen and they're taking over 10 minutes to complete my online order.
Update:
I went on 21 August 2021 and I ordered from the Drive Thru again. The expectations are still exceeded. Food was fresh and they were fast. I would recommend this Arbys Restaurant to anyone.
