Best WLM Reviews
Since they got their new computer system their drive thru errors have to be down to 2%of that. Always fast accurate service
Food was fast and fresh, and the dining area was impeccably clean. Red, the assistant manager was a swell guy and very helpful!
Very disappointing
My large fry wasn't even filled all the way. (The only reason I wanted arby's)
The drive through lady didn't seem to be too happy to be there. Hope you find some enthusiasm
great place to eat, and the people that work there are very nice.
They get 5 stars for the guy that works the window. He works the evening shift. Service is amazing. I would be surprised to learn he's not a manager. He's that good. Deserves a promotion and a raise.
Waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes just to get to the order screen and be told they're out of roast beef. It's Arby's!.. 9 out of 10 customers came for the roast beef! Put a sign up!
If I was able to take away Stars I would. These people are the most incompetent restaurant workers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Don't bother going through drive-thru, you'll just have to go back inside to get your order fixed anyways. Staff is two stoned to understand what you're talking about. It hasn't changed for years.
Expensive just like the rest slow as hell but the difference is the food is good. Sandwiches always look like they are flat with nothing in them but it tastes good so that doesn't matter too much.
