Went there for lunch with my wife and seen what appeared to be two roaches on the floor. One dead and one still alive. Told the manager and nothing was done. Food was cold when we received it. Contacted Arby’s on Facebook and got a call from the manager at this location after contacting on Facebook. All the manager could say is I’m sorry. Something needs to be done more than just an apology
An extremely rude person took our order. When we got to the window, we were told to pull up and wait on the curly fries. Nearly 15 minutes later, they were brought to us and practically slung at us.
Upon arriving back home, we could tell that these roast beef sandwiches were very thin and after the wait on the fries, were naturally going to be cold. Not only were they pathetically thin and cold...THE BUN IS BURNT!!! See pictures below of what this establishment calls food.
Arby's does have the meat...and they're keeping it, because they damn sure ain't putting it on your sandwich!!!
Do not go here if you're hungry, because you're still going to be hungry with the linger of burnt bread in your mouth.
Don't just skip this place, SPEED PAST IT!!!

Hell yeah! Love this guy! Great food, Service, environment was clean and stocked. Friendly, worth EVERY penny.
Has the sliced beef slicing changed to a different thickness. Just got a classic beef and it was very chewy. I then checked the individual slices and they were definitely thicker. Tossed it and fixed a grilled cheese.
Had to wait a minute but I liked how the employee was very thorough making sure I had everything done and correct in my order
The food was cold and tasted off. This is the first time I have ever thrown away a beef and cheddar. I am very disappointed. I will not be visiting this location again.
This was my 3rd time eating at this location. We recently moved to this area. . The 1st time they were out of the Wagyu burgers which I understand they r delicious lol. The 2nd time I got one and it was just ok. I had one at another location that was fresh unlike that one. Tasted like it was made hours before.
Today I got 2 large fries and 2 of the 5 piece mozzarella sticks. Now it was about $20 for that which to me is pricey for what it is but that’s what my daughter and her friend wanted. Well the fries were between a small and medium size. If u r charging $3.19 for an order of fries at least give the customer what they ordered. The fries were old, cold, very salty, and kinda soggy. Like they had been sitting there a while and it was the last of that batch. I went there around 6:15pm
So not even close to closing time. I think this may be my last trip there. It disappointing because we love Arby’s and it’s very close to our house.
Ordered beef & cheddar meal. Was given about 5 fries & sandwich had nothing but meat on the bun, no cheese or anything else. Came back to get order fixed & waited about 15 minutes for my food without anyone apologizing. Was given 2 complimentary meal tickets which have a 2022 expiration. Asked for a refund which no one acknowledged. No apologies & made to feel like I was the problem. Definitely will never return. Service used to be great at this location.
