Best WLM Reviews
Normally, I don’t do reviews, not even to complain. However, the employees from this Arby’s really deserve my time to give them an excellent review. Especially Kaylyn, who went above and beyond to deliver an excellent customer service experience! But, all the staff, were as nice and friendly!
I also want to add that their hard work also shows in the cleanliness of the restaurant, the presentation of the food, and above all, the taste of food! “Thank you Kaylyn and all the other employees who assisted us with this great experience!”
Useless.
Useless. I got brought home food. Whoever is working tonight, this exact shift, needs to be fired. There were 2 cars in the line that waited for 30 minutes. My order was incredibly simple, I wanted an Arby’s roast beef with added Swiss cheese. They could not do that. Instead they decided to give us 2 unwanted bacon cheese turkey or whatever sandwiches, with onions and everything else you can imagine on it that comes on it instead of doing the very simple task they were asked and paid to do. I am sick with the flu. Anyway, the one thing we got that we asked for looks like this. Someone must have grabbed it in their fist and squeezed it before serving it.

Usually great service. Tonight in the drive thru,wife ordered beef and cheddar, reg roast beef, jalapeño poppers, 1fry and a coke. The drive thru attendant had an attitude. When wife got to the window,she let her know she kept breaking up over the speaker when she was talking. The attendant rolled her eyes and walked away to get her order. When she got home she had 2 fries and 2 French dipped roast beef sandwiches. Not at all what she ordered!!! Very disappointed and not worth the drive back . Someone needs a lesson in customer service. Disappointed as Arbys usually is better that this !!!
$30 down the drain .. ordered 2 greek gyros combos with 2 pumpkin turnovers only to be told at the window the pumpkin ones needed to cook and if we wanted cherry or apple instead… also the fries were cold and Arby’s sauce and ketchup tasted expired.. greek gyros had way more lettuce than meat def not the “we have the meats” logo they give
Overall great food and service when I come. Usually they'll have you pull forward (even if there's no other cars in line) when you go through the drive thru though. To ight though, for the first time ever, I was told they didn't accept the QR codes from the app??? I had a $5 off $20 or more purchase. No big deal it's just, well, either an employee is misinformed, or, this location no longer accepts the app promos.
Whoever is working the window tonight (July 6 2024 at 8:51 pm) needs to be retrained for customer service or fired. The entire time my fiancé was ordering all she would say was “is that all?” In a very snarky tone. Then once we got up to the window she never once spoke to him. Didn’t say “how are you” “have a nice night” or anything. I used to work in fast food and I know it can be aggravating but come on, be better.
I was at this place about to order my food....20-25 people was standing at the door with the nightshift manager being very disrespectful, I have went to this same arbys during the day and had a wonderful experience.......JUST TO NOTE NIGHTSHIFT MANAGER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! ARBYS ACROSS FROM FOODLION!!!
I like my buns WITHOUT the mold or is this something from the fire?
