For the best roast beef sandwiches, one must go to Arby’s.
We went to the drive thru, service was quick and pleasant.
Drive through staff was very friendly.
Food was terrible. Roast beef was burnt and dry. Asked for thin sliced and got the opposite. Have been here numerous times. Left positive review before.
Had to throw the sandwich away. Very disappointed in this visit.
This was my first time ordering from Arby’s. I was starving when leaving an appointment on the other side of town. I downloaded their app and placed my order. The food was ready when I arrived. It tastes great and the portions were generous. Curly fries, YUM!
I was displeased with my visit to Arby’s today. I witnessed an Employee yelling at another for apparently needing help. The drive thru was backed up but the employee acted fast and polite Over all I did enjoy my hot meal.
One of my favorite drive-thrus. Unlike many fast food restaurants, Arby's menu has several sandwiches that I've found delicious. I like their Ruben, French dip, & brisket sandwiches when I'm especially hungry & their regular roast beef w\ horsey sauce always hits the spot
12/03/19 was my first visit to this location, it was around nine o'clock or so. When we first walked in we were greeted by a young lady name Marketta. She was super nice and very polite. When we placed our order we had to wait a few minutes for fresh food, which is no biggie ????. We had a pretty big order, we had the two Arbynator's, 6 Beef n Cheddar's & 3 small fries. The Arbynator's were good, but they were a little dry. The Beef n Cheddar's were very tasty also no complaints there! And the fries were super fresh also. Just like I like them hot out of the grease. Lol! There was a young man that was worth the drive thru and from time we got in there he was scratching his ear, wiping his eyes and face, and getting people's food. I informed the manager and she spoke to him about it. But when she was speaking to him he made a face like as if he was not doing anything wrong, really! Then he left to go out to the restroom, I am assuming to wash his hands, I hope! Other than that, it was a good experience. Will I return there again, yes, because of Marketta she was on it, she had great customer service, which you do not see a lot of any more.
This location gives cold old food if you come around closing. It tastes okay but doesnt compare to the Arby's near triangle town center (that one actually serves fresh hot food). I used to go here at least once a week but I drove 25 minutes just to go to the Triangle Town Center one since they actually take pride in their work and cooking.
Update: I went there earlier in the day ( i usually go later) and the food was definitely better than the last few times ive gone there. I think the issue is that they do not generally cook fresh food if you go around 8PM or later.
Update: it's been really good the last few times I've been here. Arby's is generally more tasty than other fast food restaurants imo. Upgrading to 4 stars ????
IT WAS GREAT! They were actually open and serving food and everything. It wasn’t a “Breaking Bad” restaurant like the Arby’s in Knightdale, NC. They pretend to be closed over there even though you see people inside and sometimes you pay for your food and never get it. Clearly a “Breaking Bad” restaurant if they do that for years and still stay open. IT WAS WONERFUL to eat Arby’s again
