Being at a Love's truck stop this place has become a go-to for me if I need something quick to eat. These guys do a great job getting your order out quick and hot so you can either enjoy inside or get back on the road.
The employees have been very friendly to me, even at 2am! Good food, good people and a truck stop attached for other necessities if needed. A win for me!
The French dip was divine. The curly fries…exquisite. The fountain drinks were all low on syrup though.
We arrived right before closing and the drive-thru gentleman was still very kind and surprisingly in a good mood. We made a fairly large order as my family and I were driving from CA and food came out fresh, with enough sauce for my kids to try all of them. Top-notch customer service!
This location is advertised as being open 24 hours and it SURELY IS!! It is attached to LOVES!! However, it's strange that GOOGLE NEEDS TO CHANGE THE TIME TO “OPEN 24 hours,” as it is also displayed on the big FWY sign when you drive by it. During my recent visit, I encountered an employee named Kerry, as shown on the receipt, who appeared quite annoyed.
If you happen to visit around 1 am, they seem reluctant to cook for customers, citing a lack of menu items and long cooking times. I couldn't help but feel sorry for the other employee working with Kerry, as he seemed to be doing everything to avoid upsetting her. This created a sad atmosphere for both customers and staff, as we are simply here for a great meal.
Additionally, it seems like they deliberately lower or dim the lights, giving the impression that the store is closed. This has left many truckers and other customers confused about whether the location is open or closed. It's disappointing when we expect a 24-hour service, but the reality is quite different.
What can I say- it was next to a big rig convenience store and gas station so it's no frills but the service was quick, the curley fries were hot, and the roast beef sandwich was lukewarm at best ..but it hit the spot and tasted great as usual
Customer Service was great, everyone was really friendly and attentive. Food was solid and plenty of options for various sauces and utensils. Everything fully stocked despite how busy they were. Great job!
Smorhouee brisket sandwich is delicious. Employees are friendly and we're quick to correct errors easily. Three good sized sandwiches, fries, and drink was under $20!
Go here. I have not been to an Arbys for years and I am glad I stopped. They sliced the meat for my Beef and Cheddar sandwich right before making it. My son's chicken nuggets were spectacular, I am glad he let me taste half of one. Modern surroundings made us comfortable.
