I feel like Arby’s can be kind of underrated. It has one of my favorite chicken sandwiches. I always get the chicken bacon Swiss and it’s always a hit. And you can never go wrong with their curly fries. The staff was very friendly and I always enjoy going there.
Keep in mind this is a fast food restaurant, you come for something quick not something fancy. Yet even still Arby's has always been just a step above competitors for their interior design. This Arby's provides quick food and good service, but the location itself is a little hard to get to and from.
Doors were locked when it said they were open then I went through the drive through and as soon as I pulled up someone asked to take my order but when I started giving them my order they asked me to wait a minute. I waited 10 minutes before they asked for my order. Then I went to the window to pick up my order and waited 15 minutes just for them to ask me to pull forward and wait. I've never had a bad experience with this location until now.
I arrived from out of town to pick up a mobile order, which was earlier than the pickup time. The crew was great and even though my order had not come through the ordering system, yet they looked at the order through my app and started to prepare it so it could be done when the actual order hit their system so it didn't delay my crew further. This location goes above and beyond! Great job!
It was terrible. Cashier acted like he was somewhere else. I know brisket is fatty but I couldn't eat mine. I asked if I could have a small roast beef instead and was told no because I are over half. I will never go back again
The people at the window were very nice and we have been here a few times. The food isn’t always the best but today it was just awful! By the time my husband and I got to the middle of our chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches it was 100% pink, it was not done at all!
You can tell right away with the empty parking lot as you pull in at lunchtime it’s a low quality restaurant.
We thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt and try it. There’s a reason the parking lot is empty!
Ordered the Diablo Dare - spoiler alert it’s not hot. It tasted like it was coated with barbecue sauce - MILD barbecue sauce. It’s advertised to come with a vanilla shake free.
The entire portion I have circled in the photo was MISSING from our order. When my wife went to ask about the missing items she was told that the milkshake was not included!! The manager had to come out and set the employee straight.
This place SUCKS
Terrible service, waited in drive 20 minutes stuck they could only help one car at a time. Terrible service avoid this Arby's
