Glad I gave this location another try.
Went through the drive through and got my food fast and was hot. Got extra Arby sauce I asked for a good amount of napkins to be able to eat in the car.
I had bad experiences at this location in the past but this time everything was right. Maybe it depends on the shift.
I would have given a 5 but the roast beef inside the sandwich had the off color that sometimes roast beef from Arby's can have.
Terrible food. Roast Beef was unbelievably dry. No juice with the French dip and the fries speak for themselves. A complete waste of $50 today not to mention our coworkers time on her break. Does not deserve any stars.
Used to be awesome, but wow have they fallen. They're incredibly slow to take your order. I've been inside (because they didn't acknowledge me at the drive thru) and I still wasn't acknowledged for at LEAST ten minutes. Horrid. It is INCREDIBLY slow. You'll get your food faster at Chili's.
KFC next door served 2 dozen cars while I have yet to get my food.
My food wasn't correct, either. This is my $14.69 smoked brisket sandwich. With 2 pieces of meat, and no cheese.
Unfortunately, I can't give a good review at this time. It appeared as if only two people were working and we waited in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes. The curly fries were little pieces as if the bottom of the bag and overcooked. The two beef and cheddar were slapped together with way to much cheddar, hardly any western dressing or roast beef. I hope they can hire more people because I love Arby's but very dissatisfied on this trip.
I have loved Arby's since the 1970s. They are really becoming innovative with their new menu additions, too. My brother tells me they are really good, but unfortunately, I will never know because I can't walk in there and not order a Half Pound Roast Beef Sandwich [formerly a Big Montana] Combo with Crinkle Cut Fries and Horsey Sauce. Arby's Sauce [formerly Arby-Cue Sauce] on the fries rocks, too. I always seem to have to wait for something, usually fries, but I don't mind. That way, I always get hot fries. BONUS! Yes, it's fast food, but it has stayed tried and true through changes of ownership and marketing strategies. If it's not broken, don't try to fix it. While McDoubles are now the size of a Biscuit, Long live Arby's! "Swing over to Arby's, Arby's; Roast Beef, it's the reeeeeally big one!"
When getting your food it's always fresh and hot like I like it and the people are very helpful and friendly
Almost gotten a low score Today 2-22-22, Fries was on point but had to take my brisket sandwich back right away. So I gave 5 star cause they fix it right away with a Wonderful Attitude!!!!! First Time eating here, and getting food from here. Thank U Arby’s Staff for such good courteous:)
