Why is the drive through soooo small and what ever happened to basic manners? Not even a ‘Hi, how can I help you.’ I order, there’s nothing said besides my total, they hand me my food and change and they close the window. Every time. ????
They’ve never gotten my order wrong though.. that’s a plus
2 for $7 fish sandwiches are not bad. Chocolate milk shakes always hit the spot. And the market fresh turkey is always good too. Bring back the onion petals. Onion bun with roast beef is good also.
Infested with flys, could not enjoy my meal without me and my food being attacked by flys. Employee was "cleaning" the dinning room, dry rag to wipe crumbs off tables and then moped without sweeping. Tried to use the women's restroom but the menstrual odor was so bad I couldn't. Manager was rude and on her phone instead of doing anything. All sides were made and sitting on cooking sheets while flys landed all over them, none made fresh for order. Manager was more concerned with her birthday. Asked to have a regular roast beef, thinly shaved, sandwich was not thinly shaved and when we asked politely for a remake she had an attitude and gave me and my fiance dirty looks, then shoved a new sandwich at us stating "well this is as thin as I can get it." Will most definitely NOT be back.
Definitely not worth the money especially with the price increase. 6 out of 8 chicken sliders were actually the breading that you find at the bottom of a frozen bag of tenders smh! The other 2 sliders weren't much bigger than a quarter????
Nice arbys ,pretty clean and well kept . They have some very very good mozzerlla sticks . And the curly fries are some of if not the best fries around ... Only down sides are that the prices are a bit much compaired to other fast food places and the wait time in the drive threw is pretty long but over all it is a nice place
The food was great, but the staff could use a lesson in customer service. I felt that I was interrupting their personal time not a very friendly atmosphere I was glad that I was doing carryout
Cold fries ????. Sat on the tray for minutes waiting on other food. Unfriendly staff. Why don't all the workers wear hats, & use gloves at the fryer especially when bagging the orders. I work in the industry. I guess we have higher standards ????
Their food quality is not as it once was. The roast beef is different now with a rubbery texture and the curly fries have no flavor. The chicken is absent in the small pieces of breading. I used to like Arby's but now I find it to be on the bottom of the totem pole as far as restaurants are concerned.
