Yeah this place is pretty busy it's a nice clean store I believe it has an Arby's there. I stopped in got a couple sandwiches some coffee a drink I did not get fuel at this location but I did get a bag of ice as I do it most truck stops after speaking to managers of the store and calling into corporate I was told that if I get the ice out of the machine everything would be all right as long as I didn't get greedy. Or make a mess or take the last ice. I was accused of stealing by the guy working at the diesel desk and told a bunch of truck drivers that were inside the store that I was stealing as I walked out and had a truck driver come up to me and tell me that they were talking about me inside. So I went inside and clarified the issue with the person I don't remember his name young man with a tattoo on his arm of a guitar that his brother played I guess very nice gentleman but accused me of being a thief. I didn't appreciate that so I went back into the store and explained to him that I had spoken to managers of many stores and spoken to corporate and they said that there was okay to grab a little bit of ice out of the machine as long as it was responsible like leaving plenty of ice for the customers etc and not being greedy. I mean a little bit of ice here and there saves us a lot of money out on the road as some of us have certain medical issues that need to be refrigerated and if you don't have a refrigerator in the truck then we have to use what we have to use sometimes buying a bag of ice every single day gets to be a very expensive and I don't need clean filtered ice for what I need to be chilled. Like water because it's hot out and I do not drink anything with sugar in it so I need sugarless drinks and the stores just don't provide anything for us that is sugarless Yes they have sugarless tea but they're always empty they never work they don't have anything sugarless in the soda machine.!! So that's out the door. If you diabetic nobody out here likes you everything is carbohydrates sugar drinks sugar snacks chocolate and very fattening food with lots of bread and deep fried. So I have to bring my own therefore it needs to be cold. I appreciate what loves other stores due to facilitate our needs and believe me they do a very good job at that I have no critical comments to make about truck stops as of yet I do have many things to complain about not this particular store but I will reserve those for management. Other than that the stores provide us with many things that we need to be out on the road so I am grateful and will remain grateful. But it was just a minor issue with a single person and we clarified it and everything was happy other than that I would say that my experience there is the reason why they got a low star it is probably unfair to be honest but I might change that in the future. As most loves are, very easy to get in and out. Their system of routing trucks around the fuel pumps and pointing them to the exit on the way out is genius. So an extra star for loves for that!
Never have any issues with service or with the food. The staff is friendly, food can be out quickly either inside or through the drive thru and the place is clean. One of my favorite go to places to stop at.
This Arby's has a whole load of flies and maggots growing in the place. Soon as I walk in they're all stuck to the menu screens. If you like bugs, this is the place to go, its like the Amazon in here
We stopped for dinner on our way home and never received any straws or napkins both of which we had to ask for twice and we're told they were in the bag. The food was hot and suitable. It was convenient, on the interstate but we won't stop at that location again.
Just stopped here with a tour bus of 31 and they did an AWESOME job at getting everyone their food quickly. Everything was prepared correctly and they made it super easy for us. Huge thank you to Kelly for everything! You rock.
Very nice and kind staff working here. This place is very clean and fresh i have ever ate at any arbys. Management deserve 7stars❤️❤️.
I have been to this location a few times. Very dark inside. The floor is always dirty behind the counter. Food is usually just slapped together. Staff is not well focused on customer service, rather other "stuff". It is what it is....
Friendly fast and good. Nice, clean and safe location. (This Arby's is located at a Loves truck stop)
