Very disappointed Never had a issue with my food at this particular location but my last visit was it for me. I live about 45 minutes from them and was excited when I got home only to be disappointed that my food had HAIR and GRASS on it. I think someone dropped my food on the floor or something and gave it back to me because this stuff should have not been in my sandwich
The store had only 1 customer, sitting at a table, when we walked in. Hubby and I both ordered the Prime Rib Cheesesteak. They really seemed to skimp on the meat. We also ordered 1 large Coke, and emphasized very little ice. They gave us a large sweet tea (very little ice) and then a large coke with a ton of ice.
The dining room, considering it was almost empty, was a mess. Several areas of the floor had a lot of crumbs ground down to powder, and multiple tables were dirty.
Actually got Cheddar on my Roast Beef...

Service was way to slow. An employee from Walmart came in on her break ordered and got her food in about 5 minutes or less while several of us had been waiting for 15-20 minutes if not longer for our food. I was told this person had ordered ahead of time. That’s a lie. If this is so, why did she have to wait in line and order just like we did? How come Arby’s can’t give senior discounts? Sometimes they can sometimes they can’t. If I had been by myself I would have demanded my money back. Oh by the way, I got a free cookie, big deal. A free meal would have been better.
The worst Arby's ever. I have been through the drive thru twice and both times got the wrong order. It was made the same both times so you need to teach employees the difference between a number 1 and a number 2....
Worst fast food/customer service experience I've ever had. Employees too busy texting and playing around to do their jobs. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for two items they didn't even make correctly. What is a french dip without the dip? Just some meat and cheese on bread and the cheese wasn't even melted. Just a solid slab of cheese. The girl at the drive thru window was steady texting throughout the entire transaction while including standing there with my card in her hand for a solid couple of minutes. Service and food quality here is absolutely atrocious and they need to clean house.
4/17 1205pm I made a big mistake on my order. Manager fixed for me. Definitely recommend coming here. Itll be my regular go to...She made me a customer!
I go for gyros and the milkshakes are really good too
