I was second in line and just sat in the dive through for 20mins waiting for them to even take the order of the person in front of me. I quite literally could have started an Amish family in the country raised a cow and made my own brisket sandwich with how long it took. This isn’t the only experience I had too, this has been on going.
If Arby’s doesn’t straighten up the only meat they are going to serve is deez nuts right in their mouth.
So yesterday me and my friend ate there and they were offering a double beef and cheddar meal for 7$ which is cheaper than the single…I think the managers were just trying to get rid of expiring meat. Because we have been tore up since eating it…for the past 18 hours….plus the meat left a pretty weird after taste. So, Is Arby’s on Madison offering deals to sell old meat? I would guess so. Btw the cashier was great. Super funny guy…I gave 5 stars for service and atmosphere for him.
Where are my onions??? ???? I ordered extra onions and got none! I had to add my own when I got home smh. We called to try and get it fixed and they wanted me to bring my sandwich back. I’m busy today so I stopped by to get some food really fast I don’t have time to go back and deliver this sandwich for a new one.
They have the meats.
Loved the inside at this particular Clarksville location. I will mention the raised portion of the dining room only has steps so it isn’t wheelchair accessible.
The greek gyro was delicious and fresh and the service was A1! The drive-thru employee Mr. Vincent brilliantly described the gyro, recommended I get the freshly prepared mozzarella sticks and was so nice and knowledgeable. It is great to see someone so young act with such ability and professionalism.
Food was raw,fries were burnt & very greasy. $33 for raw,tasteless food. Had to go back twice to get the right sandwich & it came out raw. Took it home & cooked it myself. I know you're short staffed,but raw food isn't good to serve to customers.
went inside and was greeted as soon as i came in .. immediately , i felt good. the food was fresh and made correctly which i always love. best arby’s around
I go to lunch at least a few times a month and I love the workers here and I enjoy a roast beef and cheddar meal almost every time I go.
