The only reason it got 1 star is because the mozzarella sticks were decent. The fries were not full and cold and both of the roast beef sandwiches look like this. I can't tell if you got cheap or you are making people sick with this. NOT what you used to serve. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but here I am.
Very fast service. The food was great. Hot and freshly made. Highly recommend. The only bad thing is that it’s a little hard to pull in and out of here. But the food is worth it. The manager took my order was very friendly. Will be back if in the area again.
I stop by this location every Monday night for the past 3+ years and the last few times I've stopped they seem to be out of something. Most times it's Arby's sauce. How can you be out of something that is named after the store????? They've been out of curly fries and straws on other occasions. I've held off on a review hoping that something would change but after last night I know nothing will change. Last night as usual I stop by to get a #2 roast beef meal with curly fries and as usual they are out of Arby's sauce, fine I get it I'm use to it by now, I get my food and head home. Once home (4 minute drive) I open my bag and see a half full container of curly fries that are stone cold and limp. My sandwich looks like it was thrown on the floor before being shoveled into the wrapper. It was completely disgusting looking. The prices keep going up and quality of the food and service goes down. You have lost my business. I'll go to the McDonalds down the street from now.
I was pleasantly surprised about how friendly they are as soon as you walk in the door. They definitely are really nice here, and were sorry when I tried to order a special on the last day it was being offered because they just ran out.
It's a fairly simple place with enough seats if you want to stay for awhile. The food was good but it's fast food so that should explain it enough
The drive thru is fairly narrow and good luck if you change your mind. ???? Because you can see how people have hit the wall
Trying to exit here is pretty bad, especially when you get behind someone who is way too careful and waits for every lane to be clear (even though there is a center turning lane)
If you enjoyed your meal or experience make sure you ring the ???? because that's why it's there!
Changing my original review. This used to be one of the best fast food options in our area. The past 2 times we've been here it's been disastrous. Last time we had to pull around to wait for mozzarella sticks and then our order was given to someone else so we had to wait while our whole order was remade. It took about 20 minutes even though when we had originally pulled in we were the 1st and only car in the drive thru. This past time, my daughter's Arby's Melt had so little meat on it it was comical. (Think old Wendy's commercials "Where's the beef?") I tried to take a picture but the picture makes the sandwich look better than it actually was since there was literally only a thin layer of meat but that was hard to capture while also trying to capture how small of an area of the bun was filled. I left my previous good review also so the current situation can be compared to how it used to be even though there was a severe staffing shortage then. I guess in all honesty, they did at least have some food to serve. We had been to the nearby Burger King only to find a sign saying that they didn't have burger, cheeseburgers, whoppers, etc.... Like everyone, they are having trouble hiring so only the drive-thru was open when we went but I decided I needed to write a review because they always get our orders right. I am not sure if it's the manager or an employee but for as long as I can remember, I always see the same man at the drive-, thru window. He is so nice and always says "Bless you and have a nice day" and he is truly sincere. He just makes your day a little more pleasant.
Always so friendly and nice. Food is always hot fast and made well. Really appreciate their efforts when I need food late night and they are one of the only things open. Makes the frustration of late night hunger so much better.
The food was...Arby's. The parking lot and drive through are a little inconvenient. Whoever planned the layout for it obviously also did the Dunkin Donuts in Shamokin and Danville. I did however receive a '53 wheat penny in change, so I'm fairly happy with the decision to stop.
12-22-22: One thing that is consistent about Arby's is its divine deliciousness. No matter where you go, Arby's is there for you when you are not in the mood to eat the other fast slop & gruel in town. Today I got a brisket sandwich and let me tell tell you how the angels came down singing the sounds of joy that can only be heard while unwrapping something as beautiful as this. While the competition is increasing their prices and asking for 30 pieces of silver for their offerings from the chum bucket, Arby's has just been doing what they do best at a respectable price.
I heard a rumor from a unreliable source, and look forward to Arby's new Exotic Line with kangaroo burgers, crocodile tacos, and wallaby chili.
