Food is pretty good for an Arby's....howerver....we put in an online order, hoping that we could get home quicker, like most people do with online orders. But when we went to pick up our food from the counter, the woman upfront was already rude. Me and my father who accompanied me, were talking, and she speaks over us in a rude tone and says "here" and points to the food. I ask is that for us? And she proceeds to say "yeah, duh". Now I've been duhd before but never by an employee of any establishment, let alone one who was in charge of speaking to people and taking their orders. This was probably the rudest employee I've talked to.
Just wanted to say, that if you go to this Arby's, don't bother going in. Nobody does anyway and she didn't help the cause
This was one of the worst Arby's I've been to, we were in drive thru with no one in front of us and they pulled us forward. Made us wait about 10 minutes. The staff was also unfriendly.
The food wasn't the worst I've ever had at Arby's but it also wasn't the best.
I would not recommend this location.
Went to this Arby's in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene as places got power and were opening up. The staff, who had gone through the same storm us customers did, were quick, efficient, and most of all friendly. It was a welcome relief to get a good bite to eat from a friendly place. The staff of Arby's in Simpsonville, SC all deserve a huge round of applause and a raise. Thank you.
Arby's is always good. I've been enjoying the 7$ double roast beef and cheese meal. Lots of food for 7$. Use the online app to order and get the deal.
We came super late and they were out of the dip for the French dip and the person made more just so I could have it. Literally the sweetest wish I would of caught their name
This place went downhill several years back so I’m not sure why I bothered to try them again. Absolute garbage and anyone involved (managers, supervisors, franchise owners, etc.) are almost certainly the most useless pieces of human excrement to soil the food industry. I understand it is fast food and fast food operations are run by teens and moron adults who have no form of intelligence or skill but this is a bit absurd. None of you should be allowed to do anything more than dig ditches but maybe, just maybe, that’s an insult to ditch diggers.
Edit: The response from this dumpster fire has a link that doesn’t even work. Someday, all Arbys will be shut down, that will be a great day for consumers who have been scammed by your failures for too long. Enjoy your impending closures.
I haven’t eaten Arby’s in 50 years. Now I know why. I pulled up and ordered. I realized I left my wallet at home. Was counting my change The person said on speaker mam pull up. I had 6 bucks in quarters. I had to recount. No one was behind me or in front. Or inside. Really! Asked for bbq sauce that at was another 44 cents. I get the economic impact but I won’t be back rude service that need not happen. Owner please know that this is a turn off.
Good location, but this location has seriously gone downhill! My wife & I stopped for a quick bite on Friday evening. About 7pm. There was one person working the counter, & one person making sandwiches in the back, both seemed overwhelmed.
After a 20 minute wait, we got our food. Her fries were cold & after ordering no onions on my sandwich, you guessed it, ONIONS.
Add to all that the fact the beverage bar was a mess & the tea tastes like it was left out overnight. Count me out.
For the record, I love Arby's. It one of my "Go To's", but not this location.
