I stay in Romulus and drive to garden city just to avoid going to this location. I swear every time here it's an issue, either the order is missing items or the food is half made. I never have an issue at the location in garden city food is always fresh hot made correctly. Here's an example I purchased these salads same night from this location an from the location I go to and you can clearly see the difference in quality of food. This location needs an overhaul in management or just close,your wasting customers time and money.
The food here is delicious! I like the counter service too. They are up beat and in tune with their customers. The food is hot and fresh. Parking is plentiful. Drive through service is polite and accurate. The dining area is quiet and pleasant. Ding! Ding! Another great meal!
Faith is awesome! Coming through after a long shift and meeting someone smiling and in a good mood makes all the difference. 10/10 for her!!!!
As a first-time customer of Arbys, I have to say I am highly impressed with the level of friendly service and staff preparation and efficiency. A very clean and inviting seating area. I was very satisfied with the meal option that I chose. I definitely recommend the bourbon chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks.
I just went there and got 2 honey mustard chicken wraps, and the chicken was horribly dry , like the chicken had been sitting in the warmer forever. And then they didn't hardly put any honey mustard on it, so it was like super super dry. I want my food fresh, period.
First and foremost, I had a person take my order!! I wasn't directed to a kiosk!! That was very, very refreshing. The individual behind the register was jovial and welcoming and was not annoyed at my questions. Now that's AWESOME customer service!! Food was, mmm, mmm good!! Kudos Arbys!!
Love the way you guys run the drive-thru, but the in-person dining experience could improved- for starters, lets actually have the lobby open.
Ordered DoorDash from here only to have the order canceled by the restaurant over a half hour later with zero explanation other than the app telling me they cannot fulfill my order. If you can’t give me my order take it off the menu. Or call me for a substitute option like other restaurants have done for me. Extremely unprofessional.
