I am giving Falcon Arby’s zero stars! My family ordered takeout. My daughter and I ordered crispy chicken sandwiches. We had to wait a long time to get our order…..which is fine if you are cooking things fresh. We got home and both bit into our chicken sandwiches which were RAW on the inside!!! If I am waiting for you to cook the food, it should actually be cooked all the way through! Last time my husband got a sandwich from there and it looked like it had a bite taken out of it!!! It’s like someone returned it for whatever reason and the employees decided to just put it back to give to another customer!!! So gross!!! Do better!
I eat at Arby's every so often, particularly when they have a good deal like buy 2 for $5 or $7.
In this case, I got 2 French Dip Sandwiches for $7. While a little smaller than I remember, they both were fresh and good and the Au Jus was very tasty. They were enough to fill me up, which is pretty unheard of, these days, for $7!
The person who took my order was a little distracted and odd, but that's not a good deal. The restaurant was very clean and tidy and the food was served VERY quickly.
What more can you ask for from a fast food experience?
Always a positive experience at this location. Drive thru or dine in, customer service is always great. Food is always as ordered. Long time customer glad this place is here!
Stood waiting for help as all 3 employees texted on their phones.. including manager. We were the only people there, not even anyone in drive through and food was cold and they messed up our order.. twice! Lobby was dirty. All in all I will not go to this location again I'd rather drive to the springs where I've had better luck. Even this gentleman stood there for awhile before his order was fixed.
Bro, I should've known better than to eat here, the last time they gave me some slop but I was able to reheat it to safe temperatures. This time I was unable because I was on my lunch break, and here I am leaving a bad review at almost 4 am. Stop leaving sandwiches out all day, you're gonna kill someone. I'll never eat here again.
Ordered in the app, and went to pickup in the drive-thru. Was turned away and told I could only pick up the food inside. I was planning on the drive-thru so I didn't have my shoes, so it's very disappointing that they were unable to simply hand me some food through a drive-thru window.
Friendly and efficient. Food was made fresh and nothing was wrong with my order.
The drive thru was a little slow, but wasn't as bad of a wait compared to other fast-food restaurants nearby.
