This location isn’t it . The restaurant smells like burnt oil .. and our fried food definitely looks like it was cooked in old oil . Milkshake doesn’t have whipped cream since they are out or some lids. Mac and cheese bites look burnt and are saturated in grease . Both burgers were dry and looked old . Ketchup is empty in the lobby . The employee at the register said they would change it .. they did not .

I don’t know what’s wrong with the employees here anymore I live a block away and been coming here for 15 plus years, first I ask how they are doing once I arrived and no proper manners to greet customers back, then I get home where I wait for my pregnant wife to get home , I start eating and when I finished that I go store her and my sons food noticed my wife’s bacon Swiss sandwich wasn’t placed in the bag, literally 5 mins after I left the restaurant I noticed and went back not like it was a hour after or longer literally 5 mins after I left the restaurant this happened. I went back told the manager and she kept calling me a liar and being disrespectful stating it was placed in the bag and that they did give it to , all until I said let me see the 2 camera recording from the 2 facing the food line and if not I was gonna call the cops that’s when she offered to help I don’t believe I was needed to be treated like this or have to get so angry over a sandwich if it wasn’t that it was my wife’s food especially that she’s pregnant I wouldn’t have cared but honestly with the way they treated me and spoke to me was very wrong form the lady that was running the drive thru to the manager worst most disrespectful people I have ever met I will never ever come to this establishments again and anyone that I know from family or friends or my business will all be aware of this store and they way they work.
Arby’s on 115 ave and 72 street: WHY IS THE DRIVE THRU SO SLOW???? Please improve speed of service!! Also the young woman taking orders sounds so listless and uninterested. A smile and “please” and “thank you” would go a long way to making the experience better. Was here on Sunday, 9/13/2024 at 1:03 pm.
Seriously the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I got to order through the drive thru and the guy was texting on his phone and I had to wait for him to finish talking. When they gave me my sandwich I asked for ketchup and he gave me like 4 bags of ketchup that were disgustingly dirty with something sticky like syrup on them. My hands were sticky. I asked him how he gave me dirty ketchup and he said they were all like that. Then I asked him for something to clean my hands and he said he didn't have any. I finally opened my sandwich and it was totally falling apart. They couldn't even get it right. The manager really has no idea what he's doing. I will never go back to this store.

responsible she closed ???? the door on my face. It was 9:45 pm when a get there she didn't speak English fluid I was they're talking to her the window on my face saying that she won't be able to help me with the order she's not even say anything she closed the door and she left on me and she left the window shoe store on professional what type of business is this this lady she's home crazy she doesn't know how to deal with customer service
I feel like Arby's is a hit or miss. I've only had the wraps, some days it's really good, some days I feel like its not as good. Employee experience hasn't been the best. One time the employee got the order wrong and another time they don't even say anything they just take your card and don't even say hi. But it's fine I mean I'm there for the food not for the people so I understand. I will continue to come though since it's good price and close to my home.
I've always liked Arbys and today was the reason. My Arbys Classic was piled high with meat and the bun warm and fresh. The potato cakes were crispy and for and even the Coke Classic tasted great. The counter staff person was quick and friendly abs efficient. All in all, a good reason to eat at Arby's.
The triumphant chime of the Arby's bell is coming back! Feel free to ring it loud and proud if you received excellent service while at the restaurant. We ate from the green portion of the menu, called Market Fresh, and were impressed with the quality of the turkey and chicken sandwiches. Yes, you can eat at Arby's and still eat healthy! Love the gyros and roast beef as well.
