Food is always hot, delicious, and fresh. Dining room is clean and condiment station well-stocked. Ordering was quick and time to meal was also decent. The location was clean and the condiments were well stocked.
The beef and cheddar was good as normal and the fries were also delicious. My shake however had a hair on top of the whip cream which turned me off completely from eating.
I'm so glad that the place I'm moving to has an Arby's nearby that didn't close down. I couldn't wait to once again have a Roast Beef sandwich with horsey sauce but hey now you even have a Reuben! I'm in heaven n even better Jalapeño Poppers too!!!
All right so I was trying to add another comment but I can only go in and edit. So I ordered my food on the app and I am not kidding you it gave me the first time 15 minutes to get there to get it and the second time 5 minutes I had to wait for my boyfriend the first time because he was going to the bathroom the lobby was already closed and it wasn't time for it to be my milkshake was melted and was making a massive mess in the car the second time my boyfriend went and picked it up my burger wasn't done the way I wanted it it was cold the fries were cold what made the milkshake good despite the fact that it was pretty much melted the chocolate syrup and there was none. The whole point of using the app is so you don't have to wait in line but when it takes longer to order your food then it does for them to have it ready and they give you 5 minutes to get there it's a little frustrating and then they get your food cold and melted whatever it might be really kind of suckssucks. This place is my boyfriend favorite place to eat and I just kind of been turned off from it
Went to get some dinner after working a 10 hour shift. Ordered the double meat beef and cheddar meal 2 of them . Tried to order a cheesy burger , but was told “ we don’t have any more for today” it was only 7:45pm on a Saturday. I drive home. 3 minute drive. Get home my fries are ICE COLD !!!!! My sandwich has literally a dot of cheese on the top bun . And maybe a half teaspoon on the bottom bun ( that’s being generous in my description). So much for double. It wasn’t even single.. total waste of my hard earned money…
The food was great but, the cashier Sandra that works there is a horrible person that put a kitten in a trash bag and threw it in a dumpster! I will never give them my business again as long she is employed there.
One of the friendliest fast food restaurants I have ever visited. The place was busy but service was quick. And they have brought back potato cskes!
