every time i go through the drive through the lady is always so rude always has an attitude and never double checks to see if you have anything missing. i went today the lady went to give me my change in an awkward way and dropped half of my change not even apologizing and just walked away from the window. i work fast food i know what’s its like but please learn manners.
The food was ok and it was made very quickly (I wish I had a picture of it)
Upon ordering, I found out that I was charged for an extra drink, and the change i got was missing 10$
The manager did make things right, but I'm not sure they would figure it out if I hadn't altered them about it
The place was pretty dirty, with leftovers on the tables and a super sticky floor
I'm not sure if I came on a bad day, but this experience wasn't positive
Employees were very nice! Fast service and really good food! Loved the curly fries! Would come back ????
Arby's is a great spot for roast beef sandwiches. Delicious, juicy and tastes divine. We had the beef and cheddar along with chicken sandwiches. The place was neat and clean. The Staff their are humble, friendly, kind and the overall service was good.
Do not use mobile app to order. You have no recourse if they charge your credit card and Arbys didn’t receive the order. They made some poor gentlemen, who had a tremendous amount of patience, walk out and call a helpline for $25 worth of food, instead of just giving him his order. Terrible management decisions.
Very friendly staff and good, hot sandwiches. One of the better "fast food" restaurants in the area.
Do not use mobile app to order. It has bugs that take your money from your bank account but the order does not get placed. Called costumer service and they took my name and contact information to investigate but never got a response from them after a week. I will be deleting my arbys app and suggest you do also. my lose was only $5.40 but can get very more for a large order.
The manager and these two girls have been at our Arby's downtown for ever. They are good workers. They are all Awesome.
