Ordered 2 Beef and Cheddar sandwiches and 2 curly fries. One sandwich did not have any cheese and curly fries were all crumbs from the bottom of the barrel and luke warm at best. Tried to call to let them know but nobody would answer the phone. And please bring back potato cakes!
I go to this Arby's near 86th street and I-35/80 in Urbandale often and I have always had good service. A majority of the time I use the drive through as I did today. I ordered a couple of chicken sliders and curly fries, love those fries! Today like a lot of the time I had a short wait but only because they made the sliders and the fries fresh after I ordered. I would rather wait a few minutes for fresh hot food than drive away quickly with something less. Arby's is a higher quality of fast food in my opinion.
We stopped here to get shakes for dessert. The employee that helped us in the drive-thru was extra nice and fast! We got a large vanilla shake and a regular jamocha shake and they were both delicious. For both shakes, the total was about $8.
Update: ordered through the app and went back today. We got a gyro and chicken wrap - both were amazing
Curly Fries ???? tasted like they were spoiled and refried, didn't eat them all. Got a bellyache out of the deal, but didn't get the shits like my brother did

First you can't use gift card to oder on line like other fast food places, got to store employee was eating at the table food goes on, the one makeing the food had no hat or hair net, he had bushy hair, my food was cold also. sent in my concerns to customer service and no surprise no response.
Update: still no response, been over two weeks and did the link they sent me, and still no response, FYI they can care less about your concerns!
This place is always clean staff always friendly when I come.

Order a #1 with large fri i was only customer ther, it took 30 mins to bring me food after they told me to pull up an they will bring out food.., I was the only one ther mind you,.. I ask what took so long the guy said they forgot, get it together!!!!!!!
I ordered the turkey bacon ranch wrap. It had I piece of turkey in it. The manager was yelling at the staff. It was not a pleasant experience.
