They gave me the old bottom of the batch for curly fries.. other burn pieces And reg fried mixed in. Brisket sandwich was super thin, two small slices of meat and almost no topping.. overall worst food I've ever had.. ended up throwing it away because I opened it when I got to work and couldn't go back
The manager I spoke with today about my incident with some employees was beyond apologictic and kind. She apologized a million times and it was by no means her fault. I have never had an issue at this location before this and I'm sure this was a one time deal that was handled. Will still continue to encourage people to use this location without hesitation. She was extremely professional! I think her name was Stephanie but I'm terrible with remembering names and it was only 20 mins ago.
I honestly love Arby's so much. I always get the French Dip & Swiss, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks and they just awaken something in me. Really hits the spot, and the people who work there are nice :)
Ignore the bad reviews from others. My favorite Arby's ever. Food is always great and the staff is super friendly. So long as you treat them well they will treat you with the same respect you give them. Seems to be a foreign concept to those that always seem to have negative experiences when they go anywhere to get food.

DONT TRUST THIS LOCATION!! I'll never trust this place again. Their website doesn't even work to leave info about my order to complain so I'll do it here instead. I believe the meat was not only slices way too thick but the incessant laughter from the workers makes me suspect it was intentional and it was also lukewarm and disgusting and chewy for a roast beef sandwich. So so nasty I'm tempted to go back and snap but it's not worth it.
We thought Arby's had the meat...so where is it??? We understand they're short staffed today, but are they short on meat too? The lady was super sweet and apologetic for the wait and our sandwiches were OK besides lacking meat so we gave 2 stars...hope homegirls day gets better!
Ordered drive thru didn’t get curly fries and didn’t use our coupon! 2nd time they have messed up!
Fast food service with a smile. Love the sliders (which like everything else nowadays is less for more, because the sliders went from 4 bites to three - and they think we don't notice, cuz us consumers are stupid)
But the sliders are fresh, roast beef tasty, and delicious!
