The food was okay. I can't really complain at a Arby's but the manager has no clue in how to deal with customers. She's low-key mid. No idea how she's running the place. Treats employees poorly
If zero was an option, I'd choose that one.
Troy, who took my order at the drive thru, was rude to me, threw sauce at me and let the majority of my order sit and get cold while I was instructed to "pull up" so that the cars behind me and the store didn't have to wait on ticket times for my jalapeño poppers to finish cooking.
Eight plus minutes later, I get my food to find my gyro completely soggy and inedible, my chicken sandwich cold and disgusting, (plus I was overcharged by $3), and the burger, which I've never tried, cold, flavorless, and DEFINITELY overpriced.
I've been working 10 day without a break, and decided that today was the day to go and speak with a manager and receive a refund.
Not so much.
Tammy told me that her boss Jolene unilaterally decided that because I didn't return within one week, that I don't receive a refund!!!!
This store is a joke!
I saw employees eating watermelon behind the line where food is served this evening.
The outside is trashy as well.

Ordered a bacon BBQ sandwich w fries and a drink. Got home, and the sandwich was a warm hamburger.
I'm very disappointed and I'm not shopping there again.

This location has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years! I wish I could give zero stars. I placed a mobile order, had a receipt as proof, and they told my husband they either never received the order or someone else took it (their fault if so) and refused to give me my food but stole my payment. Offered no help with getting my money back. I contacted Arby’s customer service and thankfully they’re helping. The man running the drive thru is horrible and mean and literally no help even when you’re a paying customer. Worst experience I suggest anywhere else. They also won’t answer a phone call so I can speak to the manager. Absolutely ridiculous.
We purchased Four regular arbys roastbeef sandwiches. Drove home. They were extremely hot to handle. Unwrapped them to see that the buns hard on ends and slimy under the meat. Obviously had been microwaved. Meat very dark and lost our appetite and they went in the trash. disappointed as we don’t eat out much.
Worst experience ever! I wanted a side salad with no tomatoes. They refused to make me one. So I took one anyways thinking I would be able to pick them off because the salads were always full ... Ha! The one I got wanyt even half way full and they forgot my ranch!!! When I went to get ranch doors were locked so I went back to the drive thru and now irritated they refused to give me ranch!!! Rude, ignorant employees!!!
Just ordered my food, they are now precutting the roast beef. Beef was all dried out. Fries were also just the bottom of the basket crumbs. They also won’t open the lobby at this location.
