Best WLM Reviews
The food arrived hot and freshly prepared. Inside the restaurant seemed clean and had lots of room for dining. The staff person behind the counter proved helpful, even when using the app to assist in the order.
Generally love Arby's but this location was just OK. We ordered 2 sandwiches and neither were served hot, even after asking for one to be warmed up extra hot. (They were not busy. Only other people eating in were employees.)
Honestly the food wasn’t anything special and I preferred Burger King. (I got The ranch chicken wrap.) but I might come back for something else down the road.
However I’m specifically writing this review hoping that management recognizes their employee named Autumn for just being incredible. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and is probably the nicest fast food employee I have ever met. Hands-down a huge asset to your company and you should be lucky to have her as your employee. (For context, I just moved here two days ago and I’ve never met her before and don’t know anyone else in this state so this is not a staged review.)
I've only been here a few times over the past few years, but they're always, without fail, the slowest Arby's I've ever been to. Tonight was no exception.
No cars in the drive thru when I drove up. Ordered quickly, drove around the corner to the window, and there was a car still waiting on their food. I eventually shut off my truck. Wait was at least 4 or 5 minutes.
Sandwich was okay, mozzarella sticks were barely above room temperature. No excuse for that, with so long a wait, with only TWO customers (dining room was empty).
Points taken off of atmosphere for having an 80% burnt-out lights menu board in the drive thru. If I didn't already know exactly what I wanted to order, I would've left instead of trying to read the board. Thing is, it's been similarly unusable the past couple times I've been here, which is maybe twice in the last twelve months?
Employees always seem mediocre at best. Sure sign of bad management.
I think I'm done giving this location chances.
And to Arby's corporate office: Bring back potato cakes! ????
This was the first time I used the Arby's app. I didn't realize that their default is that you will come inside and pick up your order, not go through the drive-thru. The sign on the side of the pickup area says skip the lines and order from the app but my experience was that the people in the lines got served before I did. Eventually the person working there asked me what I was waiting for and when I told him then he went and got it together. The food was good but the app to dining room experience was not.
So the store won't confirm if that's the new portion size for the regular roast beef....
I reached out when I got about half a dozen sandwiches like this (also with stale buns.) Corporate responded and offered a partial in-store credit but I just wanted an email from the store letting me know what happened and if that's going to be the norm on the regular roast beef.
It took a couple weeks but Corey at the store finally called me wanting to know more about what upset me. (At 10am on a week day while I was at work) I called back just after 3pm and after about 30 rings someone finally picked up and said he wasn't there and didn't know when he would be. (This would be why I asked just for an email letting me know why the quality was so poor and it took so long to get back to me. I had even sent them all the pictures!!)
I emailed back to the corporate person who had been following up and let her know. She said they will work to improve things.
Overall the total order was a loss since my kids didn't like that they were just eating crunchy buns. We did manage to put all the slices of roast beef together from 6 sandwiches to make a normalish looking one. But it wasn't enough to feed us all so we had to go back out.
End of the day the store doesn't care about it's customers and and corporate can't do anything about it. So going here is a gamble you could get screwed over or you get what you paid for. I would recommend going anywhere else at least for consistency and customer service.
We ordered the $10 shake and burger meal. Never thought I would order a burger from Arby's. I still prefer a roast beef sandwich, but the burger was very good. Also ordered potato cakes, I miss those.
unsanitary. employees touching their face and then immediately touching food. no one is wearing gloves. food is also dry and overcooked.
