Pretty standard fair, service was quick and food was alright
Very friendly and attentive staff. The cashier even made suggestions. They were so friendly asking how your day way etc. Chicken sandwich, fries, and roast beef all very hot. Good experience and best fast food at a truck stop in a long time.
Served me a burger that was illegally pink in many states. I asked for a properly cooked burger, and they went into the kitchen and brought back a microwaved burger. I got a refund. No one apologized, no one sympathized, no one really cared.
Some tables were clean, which is more than I can say for most fast food restaurants.
I was pulling a trailer so the drive through wouldn't work properly. I couldn't get it to work so I pulled up to the window to place my order. I was told that I would have to pull back through the drive through to place an order. Are you kidding seriously? The other time I arrived during shift change and it was going to be a while. Long story short, I won't be back.
So as a truck driver sometimes I will just get a chicken patty to make my own sandwich or turn it into a chicken parmesan I can make multiple different meals with just a chicken patty. problem I'm having with this store is that I've gone to other Arby's before and gotten just the chicken patty one it was 98 cents another $1.50 here they wanted more than $3 for a piece of chicken that's more than even McDonald's charges for their crispy chicken patties and that's saying something. The girl at the counter was nice and she was kind enough to go ask the manager about it I could see the manager from where I was and he was very dismissive and seemed bored talking to the young woman trying to help me. The answer came back as there's no other way that we can ring it up. I can't exactly say how good or bad the food was because I just walked out. A business in a convenience store / gas station really needs to balance the price and convenience three dollars is far Beyond the worth for convenience. I hope that this review gets to the franchise owner and I hope he can be competitive with at least McDonald's which was $2.25 hopefully this can be a constructive criticism.
I prefer the Greek gyro made with the lamb's meat and no onions.
My second choice is a Beef and cheddar melt, a French dip sandwich with crinkle fries. A strawberry lemonade is pretty good too!
What has happened to the crispy chicken sandwich I have been buying them for months and they were good the last two times they were dry and not tasty. Also the crinkle fries were cold
The food is what you expect from an Arby's, but everything was freshly prepared and hot or cold as it should be. The service was great! Friendly and accommodating staff.
