If I could give a 0 I would… Hubby and I ordered the Wagyu Burgers… No Way Burgers more like it!! Sloppy and Do Not even resemble the picture…. Dry Cold burgers … Cold Curly Fries and Jalapeño Bites. This meal reminds us why we have not eaten at an Arby’s for years!!!
When Arby's is trying to make people sick ..refer to pics of raw. Chicken , the owner or manager or whoever was sent to me a link to talk about the customer service I experienced about my raw chicken, however I found it extremely difficult to fill out the survey they gave me the link to so I think that's their way to just prolong complaints or something. Also would like to note thank goodness I had amazing insurance l, going to the doctor would have cost me $327.10 I am out my co-pay $3.50 tho. Hopefully they train or stop hiring potheads in the kitchen
Food is fantastic, I wish I could have used my coupons when ordering in the app.

We really miss the roast chicken sandwich!!
The deep fried turkey gobbler sandwich I do not recommend it was nasty. Miranda was sweet and helped us out and refunded my money back
Drive thru only for a quick dinner. Seemed like one of the meals was a messed up a little bit on the sandwich. Would get again everything tasted good.
We both ordered classic chicken sandwich meals, chicken was hot but didn't seem cooked completely. The texture was just gross & it looked a little pink... Curly fries were cold & cheese sauce watered down so no flavor. Learned a lesson, when you go to a roast beef place , order the roast beef! Ended up throwing most of the meal away along with my $25!
I've been to Arby's all over the metro. This is one of the few you'll reference all the others against. The new redesign is very modern and booths are comfy. Service was fast with staff friendly. Food is exactly what you'd expect from Arby's in its best capacity. The restaurant is clean, inside and out. For those who like grilled chicken over crispy, be aware there is none.
Great food great service, as a community we should give these franchises more of an understanding, perfection comes with practice.
