Often only get seven of my eight poppers... It's happened a lot at this point I don't think that it is an accident. The food is pretty good though and what you would expect. They do have some issues with the parking lot and the the floor by drink machine sinking because of a leak.
More often than not, whenever I come here they always re-heat old fries in the fryer and it's absolutely disgusting, ruins the whole meal. How hard is it to make new fries? It takes about 2-4 mins tops, and no one wants old fries. I spent $13 to get old, REHEATED fries. This is the second time I've left a review about this issue.
My curly fries was cold, my husband's fries was hot and fresh. And they were out of Arby's sauce. But the young lady at the window was very polite
Have ate here many times and never had any issues. You can believe what you want about this review, though I have many reviews under my belt and have never miss guided customers.
1st thing is the girl taking orders at the drive through "Eve" Had a attitude issue over the intercom. Her responses were short and abrupt.
When I drove to the window to pay she was texting while the other were working.
When I arrived home and started eating, the fries were so burnt like they had been cooked twice and were hard as rocks. Ok well I still have the roast beef sandwich... And this is where the major issue happened. While eating the sandwich I bit into something very hard, with a sharp edge. At first I thought bone from the meat. I spit out the chewed meat and saw a fingernail. I immediately got sick to my stomach and threw the sandwich away. I examined the fingernail and it was peeled off and not cut with clippers. After the attitude from EVE I almost guarantee this bad meal was intentional.
I have never had to write this much about a company and just the bad fries would not have received this 1 star. The fingernail is a major sanitary issue and the info will be sent to the health department. As a customer that just spent $15.88 on a single meal, I can say you have lost my buii
Come in for dinner. Got old food, horrible customer service and workers who acted like the were bothered we came in. $30 for garbage food.
The staff here seems almost incompetent. Customer service doesn’t exist here. The manager working the evening of 11/9/24 is very rude. I usually don’t come to this Arby’s, I drive further to the one at Love’s truck stop because it’s a much better store, and I’m reminded again tonight why.
Truth be told that was not the best experience! When I pulled up the young man was talking on the phone or something he wasn't really paying attention to me and the food was not up to par! One sandwich didn't have enough cheese and the other had shredded meat underneath the sliced meat. They say they have the meats but I would disagree! I won't be back ????
If I could rate 0 I would. I just got home from ordering a beef and cheddar sandwich and loaded fries. I got no cheese or any type of sauce on my sandwich and my fries looked like someone threw up in a bowl and passed them off. But hey at least they got my drink right. Thanks for the great dinner my trash can enjoyed.
