They have raised the classic Roast Beef sandwich from 4 for 10 to 2 for 6. I guess I can't hold that against Arby's in the current economy, but the food could be fresh. Especially when you ask me to pull up and wait when the sandwich is simply meat on a bun
Order my food to go they put it a tray I told them I ordered my food to go they had an attitude and the young lady that took my order fixed my food and didn’t even wash her hands they were busy talking over the food using profanity they were not friendly at all will not be going to this place again very rude and poor customer service didn’t feel welcome to be in this restaurant
As someone who managed an Arby's for 10 years, I don't eat there much. Not that the food isn't good, but it has to be executed right, for it to taste right, and I was able to make my own food, so needless to say I have high expectations. This Arby's location did NOT disappoint. It was SO good! Best I've had since 2008. The young lady in the drive-thru was extremely polite and professional. I will definitely be back next time I'm in SC.

Last night .. burger was completely RAW !!
I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order for a customer. It wasn’t ready nor started yet. There were no customers in the lobby or drive thru. I can see the order screen, and mine is the only one up there. When they started the order it was almost like they were playing a game to see how slow they could pack it. And they kept mumbling to eachother and giggling and looking at me funny. It was three boys appearing to be in their teens or early twenties. Anyway, I was extremely uncomfortable and will not be coming back to this restaurant. Whether it be to dine myself or pick up an order for a customer

I had the code ready on my app. I waited 11.5 minutes for anyone to speak on the speaker. By this time the code was no longer visible. The rude employee insisted that I must have it after I waited. Four cars behind me drove away because of the wait. After it being their fault and being rude I'm going to make a motion at the Retired Veterans meeting tonight that Arby's be black listed along with McDonald's and BK who have beenbanned. Today they didn't lose one customer. They lost 146. Fortunately I recorded the event. I can remember when the employees there were considerate and not nasty and rude.
My meal was good. I was just disappointed in the french fries. They were overcooked and getting cold fast.
