Took a little while for them to take my order, but once we got over that hurdle it was smooth sailing. Food was hot and tasty, fries right out the fryer.
Went through drive through. The young gentleman that helped my family today was well informed on the deals and very polite. We waited for some hot fries and this was communication to us through the interaction to make sure we were satisfied, even double checked we didn’t need more sauce (unprompted). Quick and hot food! Just wanting to say we noticed the excellent service and well maintained property.
Look at the picture, idk if this is just excellent training but sauce packets not seating directly on food, makes us feel like they take safety and pride in their work! We should have asked for a name but 8/30 @6:20 hope your team gets continued support and love for our community.
Probably the best Arby's experience I've ever had, in terms of food at least. The ingredients are as expected, but the food preparation at this branch is what stands out. Everything was freshly made and I almost burned my tongue on the poppers, which was a pleasant surprise. I recommend the smokehouse brisket or the roast beef and cheddar personally.
I've rarely gone to this particular store and found nothing wrong. Either food is not what we ordered or is made improperly. Even got half filled fries once. Our last visit was at night and we're told they ran out of roast beef only to find out from the management next day that this was a lie and the employees simply didn't want to cut more. My food has always been corrected upon contacting management but it's far too frequent and I avoid going here.
It's a fast food place. It's not a lot to say but food is good. I love their Roast Beef sandwiches.
The girl with the dry throat was super friendly and nice. And I got exactly what I ordered. I had a phenomenal lunch. I'm in a good mood.
Traveling through, we stopped around 8:30 to grab dinner and stretch our legs. We see a couple through the window sat at a table eating their dinner, perfect... But the door is locked when we try it, checked their hours posted on the door and it says the Kitchen AND Dining room are open until 10:00. With this new information we had we thought they may have just one unlocked door so we walked all of the way around to the other side of the store to try that door, but that was also locked... We knocked on the drive through window to ask the lady about the locked doors and she said that they close the dining room, but kitchen is still open (despite what the information advertised on the door). So sent the husband through the drive through while I tried to let our 1 yr old stretch his legs and we all ate in the car in the Arby's parking lot...
The hours posted on the door should reflect their true hours of operation. This was a disappointing experience.
Ordered 40.00 worth of Arby's through door dash didn't get any dude for the sandwiches. Called them and they were like what do you want me to do about it. I will NEVER order Arby's again
Food is great. The drive thru staff is more concerned about getting you through the line than providing a good customer experience.
