Arby's always has the best curly fries. Got the Gobbler turkey sandwich and it was great. My wife got a double Arby's Beef n Cheddar and it kept sliding out of the buns due to all the cheese and weight of the meat, good value to me!
First time eating at this location….the service is what I call awesome. Cashier/ counter person was polite and friendly ( I think the receipt said Teresa ? ). The place was extremely clean and the food is what I expected from an Arby’s.
So I order a jamoka shake and they end up giving me a vanilla shake when I go into ask for a replacement they say that it is a jamoka shake and when I tell them that I tasted it and it was vanilla they told me that they promised it was jamoka not going back would not recommend not the first time they've messed up either
Not sure, but I don’t think burgers are sold anywhere looking this pink. I was told when I called the burgers come medium - this is NOT medium. This is raw. The outside is browned, but the inside is pure pink. It was an attitude of not wanting to help when I called. They had to ask the manager what can be done — Replace the order! Simple. Cook the food properly. I doubt the Dept of Health, local or State, would say this is properly cooked.
Ordered classics for $10 and a super roadt beef, there was me and only one other car in front of me. The shake machine wasn't working, they had me and other guy pull up front to wait for our food. The girl even repeated back to me when she came out what my order was.
Got home order was wrong no, super roast beef, had some kind of fries with stuff all over them. I called and they said they'd replace order, get up there and car in front of me gave them back a order, we are pretty sure it's what they gave us when I got up there. The sandwiches were cold,, and the super roast beef had been opened up, they tried to fold it back up.
We've never had problems at this store, been going there for years, know mistakes happen.But with what food cost anymore you expect it to be hot and right. And then to get something someone else returned believe that is a health issue, don't know what might have been done to that order. Just a very bad experience.
I hate soggy bread please don’t do this I was only 4 minutes from home so there’s no way it should look like this. At least they stopped microwaving their cheese sticks and started to actually fry them
We only went through the drive through. That's why I can't comment on atmosphere. We were very pleased with the items we ordered ( Roast beef with cheddar & crinkle fries ). All Arbys aren't the same & I have NEVER been disappointed here!!!! Thanks for the great food & service, we will be back????
Theresa was fantastic. She took my order, was so sweet to me and everyone else. Really makes me want to return.
