Hear me out, this sounds silly but I was having the worst day ever at work and on life. I walked into this location literally just wanting to get a burger and they were so incredibly nice. I wish I would have caught the name of the cashier that took care of me but he was very sweet. Made sure to include he was going to wash his hands before taking my order (I think he'd been sweeping the lobby) and my burger came out fast. I ate the entire thing even though I've been upset for days and didn't want to even eat before then. It was delicious, put together nicely, and they put napkins in the bag too ???? Shout out to the sweet cashier who took care of me. This location is definitely got there stuff together and I'd suggest it to anyone who is just craving a good burger. Much love ❤️
Tightest drive thru ever. Got 4 roast beefs and an order of Jalepemo poppers. Got home. Oh yeah. NO BRONCO BERRY SAUCE. NO HORSEY SAUCE OR ARBYS SAUCE. HAD TO EAT EM DRY
Burger on the Commercial looked bigger than what i saw. Yes it did taste good but I expected bigger. And I gotta say this... the curly fries sounds good but when you dump box is maybe 4 curly and the rest crumbs. Work on that
Awesome! Food order was correct. The dining room and rest room were both clean and presentable. The staff was courteous and all busy with no one just standing around. Kyle is running a great store! Keep up the excellent performance. It's no one your store is ranked #1 out of over 40 stores!!!
January 3, 2021 figured I'd start the year off with a nice Beef and Cheddar, but looks like its more 2020 bull. So its called a beef and cheddar, there is a picture of cheddar flowing out the sides of stacked beef on the drive thru menu. Yet what you get is a nonexistent dollop of liquid cheddar on top of cold beef. I have ordered hamburgers from McDonald's that had more cheese on them. Does the person making the sandwiches know that the liquid cheddar isn't coming from his/her personal stash or out of their paycheck, unless skimping on cheddar is in direct correlation to their end of year bonus. If that was the case though why give me six Arby's sauce for one sandwich, or is there a liquid cheddar shortage i don't know about? Either way this sandwich maker needs to be taken out back and Beaten to Death with the bag of Liquid Cheddar and it won't take long since their hoarding it all. Just think these are the people who will be making $15 an hour soon, yet can't make an overly priced cold sandwich correctly. What a Joke, won't be back.
Cashier has no clue what's going on. Input wrong items after clearly being told what we wanted. Meat is literally gray like it's a 10 year old zombie on walking dead. I still ate it but I'm brave like that. The grey meat sandwich was also completely smashed. Learn how to pack a bag of food. 1 star, hope it burns down.
Great experience there this evening! Kudos to the staff workin around 7:30pm. I had to pull up and wait for my order but not very long at all. The manager (I'm assuming) brought out the food and apologized for the wait, but wanted to make sure the food was hot and fresh. It was and it was delicious! I told him there was no need to apologize. I don't mind waiting a little bit to ensure my meal is fresh. Everything to too expensive nowadays to "splurge" on some fast food just to get cold nasty food. Thanks for the great customer and food!
My grand turkey club was very good.Fresh lettuce tomatoes bun.Tasty.Very nice crew.My girl got the blt.She said it was excellent.I tasted bacon it was good and crunchy!They don't skimp on bacon either.Note:I had poppers on table after my meal and went to get another Broncos berry.While at register the cleanup lady tossed accidentally.They were so nice and made me an extra large order to replace them.Great customer service I will be back y'all.Great manager and crew!!!
