Ordered 2 double roast beef meals what i got even if i added them together is not a double add that to ice cold fries and soda that’s mostly water guess im stuck going to burger king
Im glad your going to bring it to your store but im still out $30 for food that went into the trash
Bring back the potato cake otherwise I'm not ever coming back ! I've been a customer for nearly 50 years , the potato cake is a staple of your franchise and I'm absolutely appalled that you've made the terrible "choice" to get rid of potato cakes and have replaced them with those terrible French fries...every franchise has French fries which set you apart and above the rest of the fast food chains before getting rid of the potato cake . Just look at how well your franchise was doing here just recently when you ran the potato cake for a limited time , every customer that came through your stores were ordering them , so were your employees. Everyone can't be wrong and your customers are seriously trying to tell you something , you should listen to their message because it's blatantly obvious that
they want those delicious potato cakes back on the menu once and for all . Forget about those limited time offers and bring them back for good , your business will begin to flourish once again . Your food is awesome , it just doesn't feel complete without those cakes .
As to be expected the food was a small bit greasy, but the employees are absolutely AMAZING!
The guy who handled my order was super friendly and more than happy to grab extra napkins when the dispenser was empty!
Honestly this is the BEST customer service I've EVER experienced, I WILL be returning again, and I highly recommend stopping in here!
I was in the drive through around 10:25 tonight & had a great experience. I wish I would’ve got the name of the woman who helped me - she was wearing glasses and was very attentive and polite. Made sure our food was fresh, checked to make sure everything was in my bag and counted my money back to me. She is great, deserves a raise in my book! Hard to find people like that nowadays.
The food that I ordered was good , however my trips to Arby's (which is VERY rare these days) always feels incomplete due to the removal of the "Potato Cakes" , potato cakes are and should be considered as a staple of the franchise , no order is complete without having either potato cakes or curly fries , I prefer the potato cakes. I certainly do hope that Arby's will wise up and bring them back for good .
I don't know where all these 4☆ or 5☆ reviews are coming from, but they're B.S. the employees here could careless about ppl and standards.. they've been constantly hiring for over a decade well before the pandemic
Never a big fan of fast food, Arby’s has always been an acceptable option. Have enjoyed the likes of their roast beef sandwiches, gyros, chicken strips, chicken sandwiches and curly fries. Running errands got me stopping and enjoying their roast beef gyro with curly fries. Updated seating area was clean with a staff doing a good job keeping tables wiped down and disinfected. The manager, I believe her name was Theresa, was making her rounds and took the time to chat. For fast food, I am willing to make an acceptation.
Very friendly people there and polite. My gift wouldn't scan and the mgr worked with it for quite some time..... She or the other crew members didn't get angry or rude and lose it like some places I visited in Arkansas..... I'm definitely gonna visit that particular store soon and frequently ????????????
