I love the Arby’s Roast Beef Sandwich! Just as good as 20 years ago. Nice clean store, great service.
I got some late night cravings for roast beef and curly fries, and may I just say, this Arby’s has some of the kindest staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Tobi in specific was incredible, and was the backbone of our great trip out. In addition to the phenomenal staff, the food quality was great and quick. Overall, this was one of the most positive fast food experiences I’ve ever had
Just how can a place named after ROAST BEEF, (RB/Arby's) actually be OUT OF ROAST BEEF? THEY DON'T HAVE THE MEAT?!? ???? 7:30ish on a Tuesday Night... Adding more from new visit on 8/22/24... Drive thru couldn't figure out that if my order totaled $9.53, and I give you $10.03, I should get back 50¢ back, not 77¢ AND if I say no sauces, but do ask for salt packs, that's what I wanted... I got no salt, but did get two sauces. ????????
I don't usually write bad reviews, especially local business. This isn't the first time this has happened. I went and ordered food, I was only car in drive through at 5pm. They told me it was 5 minute wait to make everything "fresh" I said ok and pulled aside. They brought out my order. I drove the 2 miles to get home and realized the two sandwiches were lukewarm and they forgot 10 dollars worth of items. I drove back with receipt and asked if they had the leftover items they forgot to put in bag and showed receipt. They said no and it would take an additional 5 minutes to make the order items again. I said ok and took a seat. They never said sorry or our mistake. I was only person in there and the music was blaring from kitchen. So loud you couldn't hear the music in diner area. It was foul music with F word every other word and obscene profanity. Thankfully my kids were not with me. They then said my order was ready and said "here" threw it on the counter and wouldn't even look me in the face and walked away before I could collect my items. They also STILL didn't get the order right but I was fed up and didn't want to wait another 5 minutes for more food. I finally got home and it tasted like actual garbage. Couldn't even finish the sandwich and threw it away. Never again will I eat there. Stay away.
Never know what’s on their menu these days. First they have burgers (which are really good), then they don’t. First they have the potato patties (also really good), then they don’t. Was asked to pull off to the side so they could bring my order out when it was ready- with nobody in line behind me. When I asked if I could just wait, I was told that they were on a timer and really didn’t want me to. Stupid way to incentivize employees while frustrating customers. Also have a strange curb when pulling away from the drive-thru to get to the waiting spots. Watched someone in a mini-van run right rear tire over it.
We pulled up seconds before close and still took our order of a milkshake and frier food. Could have easily just said they were closed. Thank you for taking our order during a trying time for us.
Use to be the best fast food place in town, not sure what happened. Came in today and got a #5 with crinkle fries, not only are my fries frozen, but the lettuce on my sandwich is brown. My shake tasted like I was drinking penny water. The little blonde drive thru person was told me how absolutely awful their day was. I don’t care, I came for food, dealing with my own vices in life. Paying $15 for a meal that isn’t even edible is ridiculous. I went through about 1p today. Won’t be coming here for a long time, at the least.
Walking in the door it was filthy, floors full of dirt, tables unwashed but yet not busy. Food took forever because of waiting for fries yet in the meantime our other food was left just sitting on a tray and when we got our food it was cold besides the fresh fries
