Got a roast beef sandwich with a very burnt bun. Came back to the drive-thru for a replacement and had to wait 5 straight minutes for someone to take the order of the person ahead of me, only for them to give me another burnt sandwich. My brother also tagged along to order some fries and couldn't even eat them because they tasted "old and unsalted" according to him.
Why is it that fast food places only hire complete idiots. Just reviewed Wendy's because they gave me a fully loaded Single with everything on it when the receipt clearly says Single Ketchup Only. I then went to this Arby's and Bourbon BBQ Rib Slider... AND GET A FREAKING CHICKEN SLIDER!!! Is everyone under age 25 stupid or just illiterate?
Interesting side note... Both places had the lights to the building and menu boards off... It had been dark outside for almost an hour...
Hi. Yes, I'd like napkins and a few of each of the sauces for my $43 order.....ok........nope, not so much. Kids, hit the pipe after work, not during, you're not that suave.
Asked the manager if fresh are fresh .Absolutely he said .got home 2 streets over everything is cold called him and he said you got them 15 minutes ago. Roadt beef sandwiches cold .Woul not Reccomend willowick Arby's . STAY AWAY!!@!
I don't expect much from fas food help but at least say hello and stay off your phone while taking my order. I use to like going to this Arby's I might need to look elsewhere. I don't want to hear the help in the back making comments about a question ask at the drive-thru. Food was good and prepared fast just need to tighten up the service.
Called the cops on me for having to walk to order because of my disability. Just wanted some food and walked to get it. ????????♂️
The food was fresh, the drinks were well mixed. I also believe this is a good looking location as well. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for well-priced food, with good quality flavor. The service was relatively friendly and efficient.
I always get great service at this location! Food is always good also!
