I am a regular at the Middleton Arby’s. I always get jalapeno bites and extra bronco berry sauce. Until today, the employees are always fun and know I love the bronco berry sauce and give me plenty extra. Today I did a mobile order (like I often do) and order an 8 piece and two 5 piece jalapeno bites and when I asked to get extra bronco berry sauce an employee chimed in “I already gave her four”. I got a lot of jalapeno bites and I have worked at an Arby’s in the past and usually an 8 piece gets two sauces and a 5 piece gets one sauce. She gave me the normal minimum amount. She was mean and very unprofessional and honestly it was horrible customer service. Another worker gave me extra when I asked but the person who refused to give me my extra sauce (which, come on, it’s not that deep) wouldn’t even come around the corner to show her face. I typically love the customer service I get and love to talk to the employees when it’s not busy. I don’t know if I want to visit this Arby’s again.
Great staff at this Arbys location. Always greeted with a big smile. The roast beef is great too! We like the Greek Gyro and the large half pound roast beef sandwich.
Nice dining room at this location too.
Buffalo chicken wrap had beyond way too much buffalo sauce. I unwrapped it to find a puddle of sauce and it was way too much to stomach. No napkins. Cup of lemonade filled to the top with ice. The cashier gave me the wrong change. Probably won't be back after this today unless they make it right.
great food and service only 2 clean tables. the front door wasn't clean and the mens room needed attention. friday 6/20/24. 11am
Got 2 chicken sliders and curly fries. Chicken was so stale that it was inedible
Great food! Online orders are accurate and fresh. Sometimes the employees yell at each other and can be easily heard in the dining area. I would recommend having those kinds of discussions in a more private space.
Went to order drive thru on 3/18 around 8pm and the lady that was taking my order wouldn’t stop talking over me. She asked me questions about what I wanted and as I answered she continued to interrupt me. So I decided to take my business over to Taco Bell. Disappointed because I was looking forward to trying Arby’s out after years of not having it.
Typical Arby's. New "gyro" is just a roast beef sandwich on pita bread, and the pita is not very good. However, the Buffalo Chicken Slider is excellent. The sauce reminds me of the Spicy Garlic sauce at BW3, which is my favorite buffalo sauce.
