Excellent service. Place is very clean inside & out! The manager was hard working, professional and courteous. Landscaping is great. Food tastes great! First time here and won’t be my last.
Food was fresh and the manager was nice but little girls with big attitude problems shouldn't be running a register and call a customer a liar. Shouldn't lie to their manager either when they mess an order up.
Fantastic experience. The service was perfect. The man working the window and who delivered the food was extremely kind and friendly. We really appreciated how nice and personable he was. Amazing service and we will be returning soon
My 5 year old son loves to order “roast beef sliders” on his own and the employees are so good to him and make his visit extra special every time!
What lures me into Arby's is the crinkle fries, their fries are second to none. From there the menu of the meat and sandwiches are very good. 9 times out of 10 as I leave the restaurant I ring the bell
Got a double beef-n-cheddar, fries & drink for $7.50!! Good food at a great price! Keep it up, Arby's!
Went in for lunch at 1:30, floor was sticky and gross. We waited 15 minutes for our food to come out. I ordered the French dip... The bread was stale, meat was cold, cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were also not fresh. Overall, comparatively to the Arby's I usually dine at... A complete 360 difference. Disappointed to say the least at the Arby's in streestboro.
RAW chicken!! I just ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and took a few bites. I noticed the texture was off and took a peak and the inside was COMPLETELY RAW! Very dangerous for any person but especially a pregnant person like myself. Do better at this location!
