They are almost always super busy, but they keep the lines moving rather quickly. One thing I've noticed though is that they are almost always out of multiple menu items. I mean I'm not fast food restaurant manager but you would think you would notice "hey we keep running out of the same 4-6 items, maybe I should order quite a bit more of those items so I'm not always running out of it." Not trying to sound rude but seriously how do you run out of the same things and never have any on hand everyday?
Literally got my whole order wrong somehow, no cheese on the beef and cheddars, forgot a sandwich, skimped on the fries. . . worst arbys on this side of town by far
The worst experience I've had at an Arby's was today. I don't know what's going on but I've never been given a gyro where the meat came straight out of the fridge. To boot the drive through girl handed me an overflowing coke that spilled on my lap as soon as it came in my window.
Following that up with a cold gyro with a pita that was stale or dried out from sitting out too long and I'm starting to wonder why I am giving two stars. I guess if the fries had been bad, too I'd give one star. I won't be coming back if I can help it.
ordered a roastbeef with bacon lettuce and tomato and mayo. lady cooking food walked around counter grabed a old roastbeef sandwich and added bacon and lettuce and mayo.. did not even bother with the tomato.... i told the manager i did not want that sandwich -- the managers name was Star and she was kind and offered to go back and make me a sandwich fresh. i didnt have time to wait.. i was on my lunch break so i just told her to give me the reg. roastbeef and next time give me a credit on my sandwich. it was kinda gross that the women cooking came around the corner and and helped the cashier and touched the screen and then went back and opened a sandwich and added the other condiments to it.. any way i want to give Star a shout out for trying to make it right. heres a tip. when some one special orders something dont try to take a short cust they are willing to pay the extra 1.60.
First time I ate here I since they newly remodeled it. Nice, clean & well kept. Not many people here for a weekday lunch rush. Fast & friendly service.
Clean Fast and friendly . whatever ordering the crinkly fries make sure they are well done it’s the only way to get them.
Where do I begin? How about at the beginning....we walk in to there being one person ahead of us. We fiund out, when he let us in front of him, that he worked for "corporate." So of course, he ordered and received his food promptly ( within three minutes of ordering) so explain to me how we ordered before him and waited 18 minutes for our food? The girl running the register appeares to have never read the menu. Then, theres no cups for sauce????♂️. Meanwhile we just watch as car after car in drive through comes in with incorrect orders. After 18 minutes we finally get food only to bite into mac n cheese bites that are completely ice cold. Even the buns were stale. Definitely not worth the overly exaggerated high price we paid.
Wish there was a stay away rating.
The place has changed!! Awesome employees, fast friendly service!
