Good food. We don't eat at Arby's often so we went just for curly fries and ended up getting full meals. The front cashier lady was amazing.
I had a great BBQ beef brisket sandwich at this Peru, IL location last week. It's conveniently located just off Rt. 80. Service was prompt and polite, and my sandwich was excellent!
I love their chicken sandwiches here. Always hot and taste great. Best place to get curly fries.
Wanted to try the new Wagyu burger....it was ok.....got it with just cheese so I could taste the beef.....cooked a little too well for my liking.....picture on menu board shows it a pink center....mine was a little more well done. Not really worth $6.99
I got the double beef and cheddar and I don't know if they made a mistake or hopefully not it was the best sandwich I have had in a long time and it actually had a lot of meat that you could tell it was actually doubled. I will order again
Their new chicken sandwiches are delicious!!! The last couple of times we visited, we've been shorted on mozzarella sticks and no dipping sauce. But, otherwise ????????
Girl at window was fine, but obviously nervous. Being a restaurant mgr. in the past I knew exactly what was happening. She was given an food order by the mgr. and assumed it was for me, but I quickly realized that it was for the car behind me. I brought it in and watched the mgr. throw it away instead of offering it to me. This isn't what upset me though. She openly chastised the girl in front of me. If food is given out of order it should be conveyed to the window personnel. Secondly, you NEVER openly scold an already nervous employee in front of a customer. Shame on the Manager. This happened at 2:00 pm on Thursday May 2nd. Please do the right thing and make the manager apologize to her fellow employees for her rude behavior.
Drive-thru order so I can't really judge the atmosphere. Placed order then had to wait almost 10 min. For the food. Was kinda upset about that but once we ate, the food was very fresh and very good! Definitely stop here if you like Arby's, just expect to wait. But food will be worth it. I just wish curly fries were hotter.
