This location has much better than average service than most fast food places. I have visited this location a handful of times in the last six months and every time I receive impressively good service.
I've never worked fast food but I can imagine it is relatively thankless and occasionally upsetting. To have really cheery service this consistently merited a review. The quality and value of fast food has generally plummeted in recent years - really good service is the only thing which makes a fast food joint an option. This location is definitely an option for me.
I love Arby's
But this visit was disappointing
Right off bat, I was ignored at the counter for a good 3 to 4 minutes
Employees attitudes are horrible
New guy asking questions and his 2 coworkers rolling eyes, and walking away without responding.
I had the mozzarella sticks candy chicken sandwich for seven dollars and some change. Mozzarella sticks were freshly made hot and crispy and they gave you 2 marinara sauce. Fast and friendly service clean environment.
Great service even rang the bell only to get home hungry as hell to see this sammy. Hit the mark on flavor as always but me thinks the man doesn't know how to properly weigh out the meat. I literally had 1 piece of meat.
I've never left a review for a fast food restaurant before. However, this Arby's hiring manager knows their job. Their employee, Mary Faith, was both friendly and professional. So much so that we drove an extra 10 minutes to return to that location when picking up food for the family a week later. Great employees make the business.
This is the Arby's nearest my neighborhood, but it's always hit or miss. Today on a Sunday around noon the food was cold, like it had been sitting out for quite a while and likely not even under heat lamps. Maybe pre-wrapped and just sitting on a counter? The curly fries had been made an hour or two prior, the meat in the sandwiches was cold to the touch on the exposed meat edges upon unwrapping. Not great.
This used to be your average Arby's, but now they have remodeled for a fresh new look. It features a lot of dark wood paneling, and looks pretty nice. One wonders how well it will age though, especially in environment where it is exposed to fumes from kitchen. Roast beef is as tasty as ever, and the crew is generally friendly, if not super competent, as they missed an item from my order, and I had to go back to the counter to have them make it.
[Edit 2/20/2019] Went in few days ago at 10:40pm with drive through open till 11:00pm according to web page and a sign. Employees standing around a car outside smoking cigarettes shouted at us that they are closed, but I bet they were still on the clock as the lights were still on inside. So I suggest you change the closing time on your signs and the web, or fire those less than loyal employees and stay open till the posted time. Till then no business from me.
Stopped here on a whim with my family and they attended to us very well. They made sure everything was to our satisfaction and made the whole experience perfect. Store was also very clean
