I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 6:05 p.m. when I arrived the inside of the restaurant was closed so I had to go through the drive-thru. I got my order at 6:35 p.m. and the food was cold
I'm sorry but this location was the worst arbys I've ever had. My French dip was barely cut in the bread and the smallest amount of meat was put in it. The auju was literally see through and tasted like water. If I would have opened my sandwich before leaving I would have taken it back. Do better.
Still have good food and some new items. Service fast friendly and competent..
This arby's is always out of something and their service is so slow. We showed up at 950 and waited so long for them to take our order in line at 10:03 we were told no more breakfast. I love Arbys food but I hate the Columbia City Arbys
I was in the drive thru and someone tried to go in at Six fifty and they closed already even though they close the doors at 10:00. And we were pulled for no reason there was no one behind us.
The $12 meal I ordered today was uneatable. The chicken sandwich was like rubber , the fries were cold and the soda was flat.
Every time I go here they are out of roast beef. Doesn’t matter what time of day.
The tables weren't clean. They messed up our order and they couldn't hear us due to having head phones on.
