Tables are very clean and nice to sit down. There is no serving trays—like that—just bags. I love the simplicity of roasted beef sandwiches…yumm…
Extremely clean and well cared for (not even a French fry on the floor or crumbs anywhere!) The food was good and the service was great! I'd definitely stop in again. Oh, also, the entire dining area was decorated for Halloween! FYI to my utter disappointment, potato cakes are NOT on the menu!
Average Arby's, nothing special. Except that the cashier was forced to stop taking my order halfway through, someone in the back yelled at him to stop taking orders, that they "Need to catch up first!" Waited a couple minutes, took my order, then waited an additional 10 minutes for the food.
Got the crispy chicken sandwich, tomatoes were unripe.
Mac and cheese bites were fresh at least.
Like half of their fountain drinks were out, didn't swap their BIB's or something.
I walked up to the counter and immediately detected an odor like an overflowing sewer. It was appetite distraction. The young man at the counter promptly greeted us and took our orders. Maybe it's just me and I know there are employee and supply issues, but the presentation and taste of the sandwich wasn't what I remember pre-covid.
Really wonderful Arby's! The staff were very kind. The manager is very capable. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The food was really good and hot. The manager also recommended the bronco sauce, which we had never heard of before, and we really liked it! This is a great Arby's. Definitely recommend!
I had ordered two large lemonades and was given this. And when I told the woman in the drive through that I ordered a large and with an extremely rude attitude she said” our sizes changed” and walked off. Someone needs to work on this store and it’s employees it’s embarrassing for Arby’s
I went by Arby's the other night. They had a long line when I started placing my order, but the person taking my order was very nice. It took a long time to get to the window but when I pulled up I understood why. There were only two people running the store. Despite that, the guy at the window was again very nice, and props to the girl making food, because it came out hot and perfect. Those two are why I'm giving 5 stars.
You can always count on these people to give you stale food. The interview process is just a captcha, are you human? Hired. Skills and intelligence not required. I haven't had one good meal here in 5 years. The same people have worked there as long as I've lived here and you'd expect them to get at least marginally better at their job.. but that is not the case. Putting a sandwich in a toaster is hard work, there are like 3 whole steps involved. That's gonna take at least 8 years of practice to get right. I'm astounded by the poor service, it's genuinely incredible these workers get out of bed in the morning considering how poorly they do everything else. It's never busy though... wonder why? Better not to think about it I suppose.
