2 Star because I've had worse. Customer service wasn't great today. When I ordered I specifically asked for fresh fries that had not been under the light. When our food was presented the fries were warm not hot. I asked for fresh. They argued with me then dumped the fries they had given to me, one of which I had eaten, back into the bin of fries. It's hard to have confidence in the food sanitation after witnessing them dump fries back into the bin. Sunday, November 3 at 11am.
Before I start, I just want to say I worked fast food so I know what it’s like to have people with attitudes come through being rude for no reason, but Today I pulled up with my mom and ordered 2 $6 9 piece boneless wings with curly fries from the start. The girl had an attitude and interrupted us when we were taking the order and she kept getting smart with my mother.when we get to the window They keep looking out at the car at us and laughing and we got our food it wasn’t what I ordered. They gave me a three-piece tender and three small curly fries and that’s not what I ordered so I went back around and told her that and she asked me in a sarcastic toneonce again. “ well, did they tell you to wait” I told her no and I told her I wanted two of the $6 nine piece boneless wings with curly fries, and with the sarcastic tone STILL she tells us to pull up. When we get to the window I hand them their food they tell us to pull up to the door so we can wait. When she comes out still with an attitude, she tells us in a sarcastic manner “have a nice day, ma’am”, I open the bag there’s food all over the boxes and I hardly got fries and everything was just throwing around. They didn’t give me my receipt so I can’t get a refund. They only gave me two sauces for two orders of a nine piece. instead of going back around with an attitude, I just told my mom to leave and the entire time they kept looking out the window and looking at our car. Trying to be funny and it’s not. there’s way more that happened to the story, but this is already too long. also, I wiped the boxes when I was taking them out the bag so they don’t look as bad as they did.
P.S. it was a short white girl with long brown hair with glasses and freckles that takes orders. This happened around 6:10-6:30 ish
I ordered a double roast beef and large curly fries for myself. My brothers and Mum just wanted mozzarella sticks. The food not only arrived fast but was hot and tasty too.
The food was all cold. Fries were old like cardboard. Had to throw it all in the trash.
Came through on a day trip to pick up some car parts. I ordered a Beef and Cheddar. They gave me the beef but no cheddar. I worked in fast food. It's not hard. It was not particularly busy. But messing up such a simple order is inexcusable.
Very good. Food was fresh even the fries! Nothing extraordinary, but a good solid Arby's. Reubens and Gyro's are where it's at!
Have managed to forget the Au Jus when ordering their French Dip meal every time, across plenty of visits, over the last 2 years
Today me and my 5 daughters ordered two chicken strips, and two medium sized fry's, we were eating in my dining room then, one of my daughters went to eat a fry, she bit into it and it was as hard as a rock!! I don’t recommend eating at this Ardys! ps: the ranch is so bad!!
