Good Food, Average Ambiance – A Decent Spot for a Quick Bite

4 little slices of meat? For that price? The reuben is NOT how it used to be. Nothing like the photo on the menu. Totally disappointed.
UPDATE: Thank you Arby's for responding. The comp meal was perfect. Make sure your trainees are prepped before They actually work with customers.
There is no way that way a double roast beef. I was watching I think they gave my sandwich to someone else. Pic doesn’t do it justice one side had almost no meat on it.
My gyro was in a hot dog bun???? They toasted it and it tasted okay, but definitely not pita bread.
I was passing this joint in the evening, while can’t stop myself from indulging into having curly fries. I love curly fries from Arby’s. They are the best. It was evening 5ish, and a few car was there in the drive through. The service was super slow and I had to wait quite a long time to get it. I think they should improve their service time and reduce the wait time.
Teach your staff to acknowledge a customer when they walk in your establishment. I made eye contact with 3 of your employess and neither of them said anything to me at all for at least 7 or 8 minutes. No hey hello can I take your order or nothing. It's sad.
Went around lunch time. We dined in and the service was decent.

This has been my go to location for years now. The service is always great and food is always fresh and hot!!
I attended the arby's on Union Avenue in MemphisTn, and I was very disappointed with the service when I got home. This is what I received in my bag. This looks like a kids meal. I ordered 4 sliders and a large curly fry. The sliders look like they were just put together and wasnt even on the bun, and my fries were cold? I was very disappointed.
