Best WLM Reviews

I’d give zero stars if I could. But this is not about the food. This is a matter that requires involvement of the corporate office. I believe my rights were violated by your staff. Without any reason given, not even being spoken to but ignored entirely when I was seen with a giant tractor trailer at 10:11pm, the door locked, a blonde woman looked at me with a scowl (not a look of concern, or fear, but resentment AND THE CAMERAS AND AUDIO SHOW THIS) and retreated into the back room of the kitchen. In my yellow and blue sweater, with a gigantic orange safety vest on I walked to the drive thru window because it’s open until 11pm. With a huge Pilot Truck stop across the street. I waited 5 minutes. Nobody came to the window. No sign on the window that says “we can not serve walk ups” after 10 minutes I knocked lightly on the window, nothing for a whole 2 minutes. Buzzers going off on the fryer, I knocked louder, the other window was shaking.
I moved it over an inch and called inside asking for someone’s help I wanted food after driving 7 hours to get there.
What did I get? Someone walking to the window to say no? Nope. Someone who just might have been scared to go to the window but perfectly safe and able to call out “we can’t serve you at drive thru, or even though it was well within the open time till 11pm did she call out “We’re Closed” nope… just silence….. completely ignored.
10 minutes later a car pulls up, and I ask are you getting food? Did they answer you at the speaker?
This young black lady tells me she works there, so I ask what’s going on here she’s ignoring me.
Was her answer “we can’t serve not serve walk ups at drive thru? Nope. She very arrogantly says “The diner is closed”. I then said but the sign here on the window says drive thru closes at 11pm.
Her response….. look I just want to get my food. And I said so do I I’ve been driving all day and I want that spicy chicken sandwich you advertised.
At this point she says I’m getting upset (perfectly reasonable due to treatment) and I inform her no I’m Italian this is how I talk I am not upset but if she would like an example of my voice when I’m upset I’d give it to her.
I point blank asked her is there a policy that says you can’t serve walk ups truck drivers at the drive thru as you can see my tractor trailer can’t pull into this small parking lot.
She rolls her eyes at me and picks up her phone, I say to whoever was inside it looks like your boss is calling.
10 seconds later 5 cops surround me asking what’s going on, as if that can’t be figured out with a giant truck across from a truck stop.
I explain exactly what happened to the cops. I’m just here to get some food
An officer informs me maybe they don’t want my money.
So your employees, for what I can only think that they didn’t want to clean up and were stalling to close early try to get me arrested for absolutely nothing, as if I was some criminal hiding in the shadows waiting to attack some one. In a giant orange safety vest, standing for a half an hour in 30 degree weather to go to your business within operating hours, no sign, or posting, or information from a said employee that there is a “no walk up at drive thru policy” and have the cops called….
All because no wanted to eat.
All because your employees didn’t want to work, and conspired to ruin my life, my career, and get my equipment towed away which would have cost me 10’s of thousands.
Because I wanted a fucking sandwich within normal business hours.
If this blonde woman was scared of me at the window and didn’t want to come up to it fine. Sound travels at 700mps and I was at most 50 feet from her, she could have called out and said something. NO it was just ignoring me because I’m a “fuckin trucker” that’s gonna ruin her going home on time. (Another thing I don’t get the luxury of)
If she would have said ANYTHING I would have respected that and left.
No. They called 5 cops to come kick the shit out of the little fat guy.
To say that I am not completely humiliated is a vast understatement.
Keep that Video and Audio.
food was served fresh and tasted good. wait time was just under 9 minutes in the drive through though and we were served medium meals even though we paid for larges.
Guy at the window was very friendly but charged me 26.00 for food and was missing a whole sandwich and the only sandwich in the bad wasnt even the one i ordered ive been calling for the last 15 minutes nobody will answer the phone! Very unprofessional yall owe me some money! 10/23/24 @ 10:15 pm is when my order was placed!
I have never been treated this bad...EVER!!! Your employees HATE their jobs and take it out on paying customers. First they brought me the wrong food to my car. When I tried to point that out to the employee, he walked off and ignored me. I walked inside (I deliverd the food to the correct customer on my way in) and immediately was met with harsh attitude from all employees. The manager made it worse by reinforcing his behavior. I left there feeling like it was all my fault . I won't be back to Arby's ever.
It's been quite a while since I've experienced eating from this franchise, and it may be a lot longer there next!
Very fast and always friendly right off the interstate for easy traveling.
Update 11-2-21
The employees are extremely polite and friendly. Food is always on point so I Deff recommend!!!!!!!!
Update 12/17/22
The best customer service I have seen in a long time. Food is always fresh and the store is always clean!
Update 09/20/2024
Went through drive through at 1:3 pm and the lady was extremely rude and had the worst attitude. I won’t be back
I'd give a negative if possible. Waited 20 minutes for sub par chicken sandwiches. Asked light on mayo and that didn't happen, fries were cold and rubbery. I think my sandwich pics speak for themselves. It's like the arby sauce exploded all over the outside of the bun. I have never nor will I again. Foods too expensive for such sub par food.
Been to the Otisville Hotel all my life and I can't tell you how shocked I was on how BEAUTIFUL the upstairs has been transformed into!! If you need a place for a mid size party this is it!!
