Mobile order, husband picked up on time and came right home. The order of fries had to have been sitting out since lunch and we picked them up at 630pm. The usually fluffy curly fries are dried out shoe strings of potatoes. Gross. I called and was told I could spend my time driving back to get a replacement. Nice
Food is expensive, if I fail to pay for it, it would be theft. But it's okay for people to take your money and give you trash. Aggravating.
The place was clean. Employes were friendly. I got my food before I had got my drink.
Not happy. Was not served because the computer system was down. We asked to do it manually and they had no back up plan because they did not know the prices. My brother pointed to the board behind the employee and told them the prices are posted.
The staff also unbeknown to them called us jerks and we overheard the comments and asked them, "What did you say?" They denied the comments.
The manager has to figure a way to make the sale or post a sign on the entry door.
During a long road trip we relied on a fast food chain we knew so we didn't have to search a strange new town. Well we should have kept looking. Ordering the food was smooth, paying was fine but when i drove off I realized they got almost all my order wrong and were missing other items. We didn't order special accommodations just the normal menu items. $28 worth of food was ordered and after investigation we only received a total of $14 of the order.
I was too tired and ready to eat that I just ate my surprise food and continued driving.
Employees here served with extra care and services. They made the entire visit welcome. Thank you guys!
Ordered the French dip and meat tasted old. Expensive to eat there food should be good.
Roast beef was very dry and the buns were even drier. People were friendly.
WE HAVE THE MEATS!! Well, not always. I drove through for a sandwich and for the second time since I've been stopping here they were out of roast beef. Not a big deal but fairly annoying. I'm not even mad, just wanted to make fun of their ad.
