Excellent service, even at 11 p.m. at night! Employees are very friendly, and while it takes a little longer to get your food vs. ordering during more “normal” hours of the day, the food quality and preparation is exceptional and always freshly made. Thanks Arby’s for keeping late hours for those of us who can’t eat dinner when we would prefer (due to work, late obligations, afternoon/evening events, and city council meetings that can last very late into the night)!
ARBY's #7194(Carthage, MO), Nov. 23rd at 11:30am. When to use "female" restroom and was locked. Waited, til a female kitchen worker exited. Went in and noticed it stunk. I immediately looked at sink, it was dry, no water had been used. This employee went back to the kitchen and handled food. I will never go back to this place again! How disgusting is this?
Way better service than the Arby's in joplin. Just off the highway in Carthage thus place is great. The employee's were all very friendly and most of all, they treated my children with the utmost of respect.
We did a mobile order and got there 15 minutes before our pick up time we was told our order hadnt came through yet and then 5 minutes later they came out and said our food was ready. The food was cold and gross and the customer service at this location is always horrible.
I order from the Carthage Arby's all the time through Doordash. This is the first time they have gotten it wrong. Two sandwiches were left off the order.
Super clean, friendly service. Shake machine out of order because of supply chain hiccup, but that wasn't their fault. Double beef and cheddar was hot, fresh, and awesome. Keep up the good work!
I ordered the French dip. Everything looked great but I unwrapped my sandwich and it was cold the cheese wasn't melted either, no big deal I went back in and asked politely to have it heated up apparently that was an insult because they scoffed at me, I watched them literally throw it in the microwave, and then the cooks stood and laughed as I waited for my food to be heated. The food was good after it was to proper temp, but the service was very disappointing.
I've always love Arby's. There Arby's sandwiches are so good. I have never gone to an Arby's and gotten bad service. They have the friendliness people working for them. The employees all work hard and I think they all deserve a big THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.
